Worst storage ever! I had over $8k in my stuff stolen from there! They never did anything about it except make excuses! The insurance company that you have to pay monthly, doesn’t even bother to get back to you! This place sucks. The management doesn’t care!

I am very very satisfied and happy that I chose public storage Located @1714 Palm ave ,to store my belongings I went to look at the facility and I liked that I was given the special offering on the rates 50% off actual price ,it was clean and there were no people hanging out on premisses and I'm comfortable & pleased with security and most of all I was I loved how the staff member Lavi who took the time to explain all I needed to know regarding renting a storage he was very nice explained all making it a point that I understood each step taken ,I would refer anyone looking for a place to store their belongings for more than one reason public storage is the one. Met Stephanie today. She was a delight and very helpful. Had trouble reaching anyone by phone but once she got involved my issues were resolved. She is an excellent employee. The company should disclose when a unit has an unusual feature, like a small door. Had I not checked it out myself I would have been very disappointed with the unit I originally reserved. In the end, however, thanks to Stephanie, I’m a satisfied customer.
