Just signed up with this storage facility, very quick and very clean. The manager was extremely nice and very easy to talk to and was able to answer any questions I had, unfortunately I cannot remember her name and I'm very sorry too her, but she was very nice.

Horrid customer service

Public storage based in the city of RIVERSIDE, the hours are posted but unfortunately there’s no service attendant working during business hours. The outside of the storage place is clean, secured and well lighted. Kios not available to do payment, was directed to go to another location. Other than that, will recommend just don’t worry about the tenant because he’s/shes not there. 😁 Revised 7/22/2024 Spoke to one of the district managers this morning. He was kind enough to reach to me. I didn’t have a concern but advised me and redirected me to another location in regards to a self pay kiosk. How nice it was for him to do so. I gave the location 4 out 5 stars only because I was told of the self pay kiosk at that location on Hole st. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you!

I rented my space about a year and i havent had any problems with anything until i lost my keys. Jordon the manager help me with my lock when i lost my keys . i had to pay for the locksmith. but when i mentioned i was thinking about moving out she help me out with the fees an reimburse me back for the lock i wasnt expecting it. it was a big surprise and kinda made me feel that there are good people out there. Very kind of her to do that. The place is well kept and rodents free. if you need a storage unit this is the great place in the area.

In December of 2019, my upstairs storage unit was broken into. They called me to let me know this happened. Called police for a full report of break in. They cut both locks off & broke it so a second lock couldn't be used unless door replaced. Public storage was supposed to replace door and refused to repair it because it still locks with 1 lock. They broke into 5 units all together and all those doors have been replaced, except mine. Than I get a rent increase in January 2020 from $100 to $280 a month for a 5x15 storage unit and it had just been broke into 1 month prior. BEWARE!!! If they can get inside to upstairs units and break into 5 units all together, probably not the best place if you value your belongings.

This is a nice place to store your stuff. I was here for 10 years and when Lori was here it was amazing service. They switched to new management and people. So the atmosphere is now very corporate. Other than that the place is good and only once did the elevator was broken but they fixed it in 48 hours and everything was good again.

*CAUTION* Do not put your valuable belongings in this place. I was storing my car here. This is a very high crime facility. There are all kinds of people walking around watching you. I had my Jeep broken into and everything stolen out of it. They busted out my entire back window. They took their own good time stealing a lot of stuff out of my car as if it's a normal thing to do and nothing is going to happen and they were right. I personally feel like it's an inside job. I felt sketchy about the people in the office, but hey, this is Public Storage what could possibly happen my car should be safe, but that's further from the truth. When I told Wendy the Office Manager someone broke into my car, her reaction was even more sickening and unprofessional and made matters worse. She didn't take an incident report, didn't take pictures, or call the police. No one has bothered to reach out to me as of yet. The police are always there for something but I didn't find out till after the fact. What made it so bad was my car had a car cover on it, so it made everything look normal until I took the cover off and went inside my car. This is the perfect place for criminals to steal, especially when they know nothing is going to happen. I'm surprised no one hasn't been killed in there yet. Do not trust this place it's dangerous. It's also very creepy at night. You never know who's in there watching you or what they're up to. The reason I parked my car here is because I'm a truck driver, and I urgently had to leave town to return a truck. I cleaned the truck out at another location and put everything in my car but stored it here until I got back with another truck for like a few weeks. Got back, every thing was ransacked or gone.

Aiesha was extremely helpful to me last Friday on 1st of December. She went above and beyond as far as being courteous, exhibiting great customer service as well as making suggestions that helped me to save on my finances while securing my patronage as a continuing customer at Public Storage. I was very thankful to have her as the employee who assisted me that day, and she even shown patience with not only myself but other customers who were having issues with our gate codes, thank you Aiesha!

I'm glad some people are happy with this place unfortunately I can't say anything nice because my car was broken into here my entire back window was busted out and alot of things were stolen. I highly dislike this place. Those are the pictures on their website.

This Public Storage location is clean, with great accessibility hours as well as an extremely helpful property manager named Jordan. She was incredibly resourceful when helping us with a personal family matter that impacted us as customers at her location. She couldn’t have been more professional or thoughtful, which is why, I highly recommend this specific Public Storage location. You will not find a more considerate manager anywhere else in town. Relocated my belongings there because they were much more affordable than most other places. Upon my scheduled move-in day however, I was informed that the person scheduled to be onsite that day had to leave early. I was traveling from across the country specifically to move my belongings there and could not reschedule my move-in date. Now, to be clear, every place of business should have consistent business hours with at least one employee present all times. But the woman I spoke with on the phone (can’t remember her name unfortunately), went out of her way to make calls to neighboring PS facilities to find one that could assist me with my scheduled move-in and handle the additional complexities of my specific case. She stayed in contact with me the entire day until a workaround was finally made.
