Super helpful and very accommodating! Amelia was wonderful and helped us through our process of transferring units. Facilities were very clean and put together, and I always saw somebody around for help if needed! 5 stars all the way around!

I had one of the greatest experiences at this particular Public Storage. Stacey who works the front desk was so helpful and knowledgeable with getting my information for my storage unit. I had a discrepancy with a promotion they were running and she was able to help me get the unit I needed and without any problems. If you want a knowledgeable and very beautiful spirited person. Stacey who is who you she ask for when checking in. She’s very sweet.

OMG!! Stacey at Public Storage was sooooo very helpful with my transfer!! She saved me $400 and my next payment is not due until July 1, plus I averted a unit increase by my transfer!!! I’m singing and rejoicing!!

At first I had trouble getting a hold of someone to speak with during business hours. However, the person who helped me to complete the process was very helpful at the Pinole location. I checked out two locations. I loved how clean the El Sobrante location were and expected the same at Pinole but was disappointed. The place is a bit run down.

Jay was so helpful with our reservation and setting up our storage unit! He was professional and went out of his way to show us the storage space and explain our rental agreement. He’s an asset to Public Storage!

The biggest problem I have with this place is they randomly increase prices. Same size units, rented same time one goes up more than other. No logic.

I just opened a storage at Pinole and this is my second time to talk to Stacey. She is the most accommodating and helpful person i ever met. She even helped me on completing the forms as my phone is not working. I am so stressed that i accidentally booked another public storage wherein i have always wanting to open the storage here. She is an angel. I would recommend using this public storage whenever you are planning to book one. My stress for the day is gone because this is the last on my list.
