They are very hard workers, The new Girl Jennifer or Jen, I forget which she perfered, is constantly walking the property Keeping it clean, while still acknowledging us renters. She make me feel like family, Well both her and Uggg. I spaced her name well. the cute property manager do. Thank you ladies.

It's a nice clean place. However after just having been there for a few months my rent went up over $20. That came out of nowhere.. it's sad that in these hard times when it's so difficult to make a buck everybody's asking for more, more, more..

No one was there even during the office hours. Had to pay more for trucking and delivery just because no one was at the office to let into the unit. And they cant transfer me to another location. So make sure before you move in to have someone at the property and hope they dont leave otherwise its a waste of time and money.

I was having so much trouble downloading the new app but leslie was great and walked me through it.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! PLEASE EVERYONE BEWARE!!!!! I CAN’T stress this enough!!! This place just takes your money and your things!!! My mother got a storage unit here to put all of our baby/ personal things!! A week after my mom went to go and check everything she notice her lock was changed, she went to the workers and they said that someone changed it because hers looked messed with, really no call to tell her. As she had them open the new lock that they changed without telling her everything and I mean everything was stolen she was so heartbroken. She called the cops to report it. The cops EVEN SAID THEY GET SO MANY CALLS HERE ABOUT STOLEN UNITS BEING MESSED WITH!! As my mom continued to try to work with the workers the cameras they so call have WEREN'T WORKING THEY HAVE IT JUST FOR SHOW!!! Please everyone be careful I really think it was an inside job because this doesn’t make any sense if you have a unit here MOVE!!!! There so call surveillance tape doesn’t even work it’s just for show!!! PLEASE BEWARE you guys broke my mothers heart and I don’t want this happening to anyone else.

Horrible service. You can only have access during office hours. 930am to 6pm... Even with your own entry code. Don't bother calling the 800 number for after hours access, they can't help either.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. My unit was broken into because Public Storage failed to keep the unoccupied unit next to mine securely locked. The wall was literally kicked in to gain access to my unit and take whatever they wanted. The security gate and apparent 24 hour video monitoring did not provide the level of safety you pay for here.

My unit was broken into and took everything! When I asked to see the video footage they said they didn't have video cameras on the back side where my unit was located. Leslie said they only had sensors but for some reasons the sensors did not work. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

They don't take too kindly to disabled persons here I have noticed. If you have 3 friends all come to visit you here tho they seem to have no problems with that. Overall its a very clean, safe, hassle free storage. I'm just somebody who really does not care for people who power trip on people they know are disabled as if there's no accomodations they could consider for these individuals. The manager is exceptional and her dedication here shines through in the property's appearance & functionality. I do reccommend this storeage. I hope tho they learn to train employees about disabled individual and the laws that protect them from such ridicule as I have witnessed here. ty.

This was my first time renting from Public Storage. Leslie took care of me and was professional, patient, and informative, not to mention very personable. This was a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage space rental. I got a 10×10 storage rental on the fly, so not only did they have what I needed but also smaller and bigger units available. It was a very smooth process, not complicated in the least, so I'm extremely greatful for this.

This place sucks!

Was looking for an affordable storage place and found this about 2miles away from me which was very convenient. I reserved my storage room online and 5 minutes later Leslie called and invited me to stop by the place to take a look of the unit in person. I decided to stop by and she was very welcoming and friendly she showed me the unit and it was perfect! I really recommend this place .
