Onsite rep Sipi is so kind, even when things are hard. After the fire when my work was damaged she was so helpful in getting us the appropriate resources. Really appreciate her, and the grounds are always in great shape.

Finally went to the Public Storage on Lincoln near Washington today.
While locating my unit, I ran into Sippi(y) (I hope I got that right), who was extremely helpful.
She was very informative, answered every question I had, and addressed all of my concerns.
It was a pleasure interacting with her today.

I recently visited here after the fires and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. One in particular that was really went above and beyond was Siprianna. She guided me through the entire process, making it smooth and stress-free. The units are clean, secure, and easily accessible, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. This is definitely the first place I’d recommend to my friends and family for any storage needs.

Update on my review…
I got a phone call back. It was explain to me, that they have to evacuate, due to the heavy smoke, reason no one could give me a call back.
I have been trying to reach the manager for hours, never answers the phone. I'm worried, as I live so far, but all our life is in the units there, I wish she could at least answer and tell me if the building is still put with the Eaton fire happening today.
Clean, well-managed, and attentive staff. Marco gets five stars!!
We rent a 10x20, but it is not the correct dimensions. There are holes in the walls between units, and the light has never worked since we have started renting.
They also have increased rent several times a year, and have increased our rent by over $200 a month
They have raised the rent by $100s several times a year, and after just one year we are paying over double our original rent

Big shout out to Lisa! She was friendly, professional, responsive and extremely helpful. When I realized the original unit I reserved wasn’t going to work she took the time to help us find an additional unit for my storage needs.
The facility was clean, well-organized, and secure. Only down side is that there is not 24 hour access. Otherwise it’s easy to navigate and Lisa was great to work with!

A very nice girl👌 works in this place. I told and explained everything in detail and clearly. There was a small problem with opening the common door 🚪. But she also kindly responded to help. If it's convenient for you, this place is based on the location. Then I recommend that you use this storage. The cost is about the same as in other selected storage facilities.

While we ended up renting a storage unit at a sister Public Storage location on Fair Oaks, Minerva at the Lincoln location was phenomenal. After leaving another well known moving and storage company in the area due to less than desirable customer service, Minerva was a breath of fresh air. She listened to our needs and did her due diligence to find a unit and price point we were happy and comfortable with. Public Storage is lucky to have Minerva. Unless Lisa can explain why the pricing for this public storage is 3 to 4 TIMES as expensive as all the other public storage locations around this city, I'm not going to believe all these 5 star reviews. The insane higher price makes no sense, its a street-side location next to a freeway and its not even climate controlled like other spots that are a third of the price.

I made a reservation with Property Manager Lisa. I wanted to see the space before I rented… Lisa was so helpful in getting me the best possible deal in disbelief. She searched all her locations and found me a bigger unit for $100 per month cheaper her location. Public Storage should give a raise and promotion. Just saying!

A very clean and convenient facility! Some of the best prices in the area too. Love the addition of accessing the property with the app remote. Lisa, the service manager, is full of info and very happy to help with any of your requests and questions.
UPDATE: I vacated my spot a few months ago, and have recently returned. Lisa was there again to help me with the adjustments I needed and helped me to arrange an even better unit than the one I reserved. She's so helpful and genuinely happy to do her job. Lisa is one of the many reasons I will continue to use this facility again and again.
We have had a unit here for a couple years and recently realized that we needed a little more space and would have to get a 2nd unit. We went in the office and Lisa was there to help us. She was super friendly and told us about the different options that were currently available. We quickly had that 2nd unit! What is also great is that Lisa actually lives on the property so you know if something ever goes wrong she will be there to help. While there’s other storage places in the area we will probably always keep our unit here because of Lisa — she’s so nice, friendly and professional. Thank you!
