I usually go with U-Haul storage, but after tagging along with my friend here, I ended up switching. Chanel was awesome—super friendly, super helpful, and just good vibes all around. They made everything easy, and it felt good to actually be treated like a person. Big shoutout.
I needed to write about an incredible interaction I had recently. I had to acquire a storage unit due to a family member passing and needed to be able to have a safe place to gather their valuables. I was very feeling horrible having to deal with the loss and stress of what I needed to do. I was truly blessed to deal with Chanel who besides making it painless to get set up, she also took the time to talk to me about my loss and was incredibly compassionate. By the time I left I felt like I had spent time with a cherished friend and my heart was lighter. I know she didn't need to spend the short time she did consoling a stranger but because she did, I felt strong enough to get everything done. She is amazing and the facility is so clean and lovely. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience at a horrible time.

I rented a 10x10 unit last summer for a promotional rate. The property mgr, Kiara was very friendly, nice and professional. I loved everything about this location. However, less than 6 months, the rate increased. Although they gave me the same rate for another 3 months, it is just too expensive. I had no choice but to close it. Another property mgr, Chanel helped me and she was as nice as Kiara. Chanel was nice, friendly and very professional. Overall, this would be a storage unit for me if it’s not for the high rental cost.
I don’t normally write reviews, but over the course of the last 14 months, while renting a unit here, Chanel has gone above and beyond to be helpful to me. I was going through one of the worst times in my life when I first rented from her over a year ago. She was exact in the size of unit I required, has answered every question and fixed any issue I’ve had all these months. But mostly, she was kind enough to listen to me go on about all I was going through every time I spoke to her, always offering support and a kind word. I don’t think you’ll find that kind of customer service at any other storage company.

When I first moved into the unit, I had several issues with getting my access code to work using the app. Chanel went above and beyond to assist me in troubleshooting the issue. She was more helpful than the online assistance. I received her assistance corrected the problem with my access code and the app. Upon renewal, I was frustrated with the price increase. When I discussed with Chanel, she provided me different options in order to ease my frustrations. I cannot overstate the exceptional customer service that she has provided for me since I have been a customer. The facility Is always clean and accessible.
This storage facility is one of the best I’ve ever used! My items always feel safe there and the customer service Chanel provides is some of the best I’ve ever received!! And might I mention, she is quite easy on the eyes 😍.

Went to public storage to rent a unit and I had no idea what I was doin. Thank God Chanel Megna is an amazing employee. Public Storage is great as always. In my opinion this is the best place to store things. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for ease of use by customers. The ceilings here are much higher than most other storage units, giving you more storage space. All units have a fire extinguishing system installed, the area corresponds to the stated dimensions, lighting works everywhere, and there are no troubles such as thresholds that may prevent you from using wheeled carts. Because of my work, I often have to rent warehouses in different places and I can confidently say that at Public Storage everything is always perfect, unlike other similar networks. Special thanks to the Chanel manager for his professionalism, responsiveness and quick resolution of issues.
I rented a 10x10 unit from Public Storage in Menifee for two years and I was very satisfied with their service. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff (Chanel) 👍🏾👍🏾 was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The prices are reasonable for different sized units. They offered online payment and access to open gates and doors with your phone with the APP. I would recommend this storage company to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient place to store their belongings.

Used this storage unit for almost 2 years, Chanel the manager was amazing to work with, and always rembered you even after a long time. I spent a long time having to sort through a garage worth of things, but through it all, the bathroom was always available, well stocked and clean.

I have had a unit here at the Antelope Rd location, multiple times. This time I’ve been using Public Storage, has been for about 13-14 months. During this time, I’ve had quite a few interactions with the Manager, Chanel. I have to say, in all the years of my life, having many, many different interactions with Managers, or other employees at companies I’ve done business with, Chanel has by far been the most attentive, personable and helpful person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I’ve needed her help countless times, and every single time, I’ve been more than satisfied with the way she handles my issues. I’m not implying that I’ve had issues, that were the cause of anything her, Public Storage, or anyone else that works there….these have all been issues created by myself…..haha. She is always very kind, and compassionate to my situation. She always gives me the information I need, to fix the problems I’ve caused. And she always treats me with the utmost respect. My dealings with her, have always been very pleasant. It’s almost like she treats me like I’m a personal friend of hers….and she always looks out for my best interest. So…..Chanel…..thank you, very much! I couldn’t ask for a better experience, dealing with a company I’m financially tied to.

Chanel runs this facility fantastically. It is always clean and tidy. The bathrooms are always stocked and clean as well. You can download their app and open the gate with your phone making it super easy to come and go.
Absolutely horrible experience here. I was told I NEEDED to put money in to reserve a unit and to come by the next day to get my lock and key and access code etc. I get there at opening time and doors are locked. Ok, I get it sometimes businesses open a little late. 15 minutes go by and I see no movement so I call and leave a voicemail. 30 minutes now, try the door again and still nothing, leave another voicemail. 45 minutes now and still NOTHING!!!! I went to another business down the road and got a unit there. Also in explaining the situation to the other unit, they told me it happened to someone else too a couple days prior. My boyfriend and a few family members went there a couple months ago HOURS after opening (around 12) AND NO ONE WAS THERE AND DOORS WERE LOCKED! If I could give 0 stars I would. $115 for nothing! Hopefully, I get it back. DO BETTER!
Worst storage ever in the business. Don't store with this place unless you want to get ripped off by the incompetent manager there or want your stuff stolen with all the break-ins that happen there as well.

Chanel is one of the most kind customer service people I have ever met. Her kindness even towards others that came in while I was there make her a person I enjoy having to come to with my questions and concerns. Therefore when my code and app were not opening the gate for me “all of a sudden” I knew I could be comfortable going to her, and she fixed it immediately.

I chose them in addition to the great customer service, but also they are centrally located and easy on and off access from the freeway. The place is clean and quiet. I have used public storage many times over the years, at various different facilities across California. The local staff in the Temecula valley has been the best so far, Chanel is a rockstar, very attentive willing to listen and eager to be helpful. Facilities are in great shape, and it's always been neat and clean every time I stop in to find something I have buried in my storage. I would definitely recommend this outfit your short-term and long-term needs.
We are so big into Halloween, we had to make the decision to get a storage unit for it. I put a hold on a unit and was given 2 weeks to get my plans in order. I finally secured my mover and move in date. The hold was supposed to be until Feb. 22 and today Feb 16 they called to inform me the unit was rented out to someone else and they have no others in the size I need. Do not be lulled into a sense of security with these holds. THEY MEAN NOTHING TO THEM.
We came in looking for storage and Chanel assisted us. Very Friendly & knowledgeable and took the time to show us different sizes of storage. Finally we choose one and started the rental process and she was very efficient. The following day we started to move our stuff in the storage and she saw us, she came over to say hello and check in on how we are doing and if there is anything we need to just let her know. we really appreciate that! I couldn't get an answer from management and the office staff was untrained apparently because I ended up paying for 3 storage units last month because they couldn't figure out how to transfer me. I. Still waiting 3 weeks later after paying over $700 3 weeks ago when I only needed one unit wich should have been $216. It's ridiculous there are not more options for storage.
