Wendy was friendly and helpful. The storage was clean and safe. However, I will not rent again, and here are the reasons: 1) in the 21st century, they cannot email you your document; instead, you have to go into the office or travel to another for them to give you a print-out of your contract. 2) For example, if you move out on the 2nd or 12th day of the month, there is no refund returned to you for the remaining days you did not use. I received an email, that they would charge me $15 for insurance for the following month and that I wasn't even in storage! 4) Lastly, this facility (and Public Storage as a company in general) doesn't allow customers to use their trash. So, think about these things before you rent from Public Storage. I hope that was helpful to anyone trying to rent from public storage. Think and plan with these things in mind before making that move.

Suzanne was awesome! I had a lot of questions pertaining to my rental and she was able to answer them all and was very professional and courteous. The facilities very clean and every person that drove past while walking to the unit we rented had greeted Suzanne with a smile as I’m sure it reflects the experience they have had. I've been a long time customer on & off of different locations of Public Storage (since 2007). But this location was my worst experience. Suzanne the site manager complains about working and how rude people are to her. I wonder why??? Our 1st interaction was good, until I ran late to get out before closing time. She was super rude! She said "Your lucky I'm still here! Next time you'll leave your car inside and pick it up tomorrow!" I was only 5 min late! She eventually did open the door but scolded me for about another 5 min. Also, Rent is ridiculously high. It was raised in Sept 2023 then again this March 2024, twice within 6mo!? They blame it on inflation! Really?!? I spoke w District manager Freddy and he wasn't much help. After hearing about the site manager, he mentioned she will get training for customer service. I told him I will not be staying and decided to move out because its too expensive for my budget. I requested move out by 3/31, so I made arrangements w my family to remove my belongings. Unfortunately, they left a couple things in the space that I didn't need. I received a call from another rude employee by the name of Donna, "you will have to come and remove those items or you will get charged! After arguing with her, I get a call from Freddy. He says, to remove them myself, his employees can't because it is a liability. If I don't then I will get charged. Gees! So much drama for a couple of items. I did go back out and finally removed them myself for the sake of not getting charged. I'm so relieved to be outta there! Thank goodness it is over! Go elsewhere, this place won't care about you or your things. Only about the rent and any other fee they can charge you. Not even their customer service is worth it. I have moved out and will not be returning. BBB will definitely here about this.

Update. been there 6 months and got a 30% price increase. 6 months later got another increase of 15%. paying almost 50% more than when I moved in a year ago. they'll get you.

Susanne helped me today and I am happy

I came in this morning to pay my account balance and to speak to the manager due to an unexplainable rent increase. I found the manager Suzanne already cleaning the restroom but she did not hesitate to acknowledge me and tell me she would be right with me. She took about less than a minute to set her duties aside to come and assist me in her office. I explained to her that I needed to pay cash and that I need clarification as to why there has been a rent increase she quickly looked into her account and assured me that she would try her best to see if she could remove the fee. When she looked into the account she found that the notice that had been mailed to me was marked that there was a failure to deliver she then removed the increase until a few months. I appreciate her patience and quick assistance! She truly deserves a pay increase for her great customer service and attention to the customer. I always see her cleaning the building or assisting customers.!

So your workers qqq I was speaking in Spanish she said not to talk to she said talk to me think she made us go first twice to change the get the storage unit She only gave us one key . I told her I have a question oh please no more questions I'm tired what is I got to do with me then we were looking for the unit for almost 30 minutes and we couldn't find it going up and down back and forth and to finally my friend went over there and asked then she came when we try to go up to the office I didn't like the fact that she was still typing my friend fire her

Ms Suzanne was the most classy professional dignified customer service agent I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond helping me get my trailer parked in the rain and hail and I noticed she missed her lunch to do it. She never complained. She was so super friendly with rude customers and even apologized to me on their behalf. I applaud Public Storage for the public service employing humble employees like Ms Suzanne.
