Why is it back in the day. We used to be able to access the facility from 6 am to 9 pm. That was full access to our storage. Now it fells like where to restricted to access to our stuff even though we are paying high prices. Sucks!.

The best part of our experience is the customer service Suzanne provided. Suzanne you are the epidemy of goodness, your professionalism and support provided is exemplary in all areas. We were long time tenants that at times were challenging but you not only helped you went the extra mile went above and beyond, you helped us through and through. The constant reminders were absolutely appreciated. The grounds were always clean by you even on hot days you're out there making sure units are safe and grounds are clean, thank you. First of all shout out to Tuesday. One of the best people I have interacted with at a storage facility. Very kind and patient. Extremely helpful in navigating me through the process and all the questions I ask. The facility it self is bit older than I expected but it is well maintained. Very clean! The day I rented and moved my stuff in it was 115 degrees and it felt pretty cool inside. One downside is that they only have 1 cart for a very large facility. If they could improve this they would have gotten 5 starts from me. Also beware that the hours of access are 6:30am - 6pm. Might not work for everyone.

I rented a unit here yesterday. I chose this facility because I know that Susanne is the best property manager around. She keeps the property clean and makes sure everything is in working order. Diana is awesome as well, she helped me with my rental 👍🏼

Kept raising my rent until I drowned. Raised my rent even though I was already paying more than they were advertising online. Many more grievances to tell. Public Storage is unethical and immoral. Public Storage raises rent until customer cannot afford, then rents to another customer for lower price, often after Public Storage has sold the previous customer's possessions. Public Storage raised my rent three times within a twelve month period. Late fees are horrendous. All a scheme to drain their customers of every penny Public Storage can get. Public Storage reps have a culture of disdain towards their customers. Public Storage behaves like opportunistic criminals, and their customers are targets. They are in opposition with their customers. No morals or ethics will restrain Public Storage. No matter I have paid them so much money over so many years and I behave extremely friendly towards them, they behave like adversaries. No customer appreciation.

Everything is good other than money. This guy is not treated customers properly and he is not treating first come first serve. When my tern came he said you are looking for storage and next guy is came for truck so he is paying more and he asked me to wait and waited for 30 min. I would not all recommend this if you’re not treating customer well.

I've maintained a unit here for more than one year. The younger staff is friendly and helpful, the older women appear uneasy and a bit rude to me. Whenever I have asked to use the bathroom (3 times over the year), there has been an excuse preventing me from doing so. I was told I could not store house hold paint in my unit "because of the heat." The facility is clean. I was told that purchasing insurance is mandatory. It is NOT. I was told that purchasing a lock from the facility was mandatory as well. Get ALL of the details BEFORE visiting the facility to rent a space. They are very strict with the closing time 6pm (as of 10/2/2018).
