I’ve been meaning to write this review since November 12th when I secured my storage space with who I like to call “Truthful Tuesday”. Tuesday was the associate who received me and my partner for our impromptu and spontaneous visit on that day...and her immediate preparedness was truly stellar. She is what I loved to call my Associates when coaching leadership across 4 regions for Bank of America...a “Stellar Seller!”. After seeing the first 10x10 space I was interested in and not so fond of the price, Tuesday had another size (10x7 1/2) at the ready with an even better special and price point. I was immediately sold!! The Assistant or General Manager (I forget her name, possibly Katie), on the other hand, almost put me off completely as she was seemingly unable to effectively listen and capture my concerns in some questions to the group while back in the office. Katie (??) could certainly stand to use some active listening and client focus exercises from her employee Tuesday or in further corporate training. Tuesday continued in her thoroughness by offering a variety of other moving and storage tools and supplies to ensure the success of my move. My only challenges with this location thus far, after the completion of my move, is the lack of personnel present in the office for subsequent visits and the large exit gate stopping midway while opening during the rains (I had to key in my code 4 times for it to open completely and allow my vehicle to exit). This was a one-time experience, however. I am hopeful that at least one person can be physically ever-present inside the office to receive customer inquiries at all times and that any gate issues have been successfully resolved. Overall, a very nice experience here as I often think of Tuesday’s treatment, customer service, and smile when visiting. - Leo V.

These reviews are a lie this place is trash. They aren’t secure (ask them about the recent break in) and the staff is rude and condescending. Also once my code wasn’t working and I got locked in I almost had to abandon my car in there and leave through the small gate to get out because the exit code thing doesn’t work well.

My overall experience was great when renting and getting myself situated to this location. Linda offered me the best customer service and answered all my questions. Linda and Crystal were great!!! but don't get stuck there after 7pm when the gate closes because the Site manager is not very nice. Starts by telling you she can have you arrested for trespassing . Not a very nice at all. I completely understand she has this happen all the time but still doesn't warrant being disrespected. Location is good, clean and again Linda and Crystal are very nice

Crystal is awesome. Easy check in and kindness all around! When you check in, be sure to also bring: 1. A Padlock 2. Your Renter's Insurance Policy (if you have one). It most likely covers the storage. Otherwise, PS makes you buy theirs.

Dont go past 7pm or you will be a Public Storage prisoner! I've rented many storage units and never been locked in for being 4 minutes over 7pm! The warden Alma (I mean manager) will not let you out until she's ready to let all the people who went 1 minute past 7pm. She then will bark out orders that we agreed to the terms. So if you want a boot camp experience this is the plsce for you! Also watch out for Roaches!

So, I was at this location and needed something better to fit my budget and the Rep. gave us some advice on how we could save money; and still keep our storage. All in all, it worked out great for the family, and I would recommend this facility to anyone. Linda was very knowledgeable and the fam is also long-time customers of this facility. I have been a customer of this site for over 8yrs and today was the first time I really felt that I had a person a Public Storage that understands the art of customer service. No yelling or theatrics needed, the Property Manager Paul was great, he made sure that my questions and issues were resolved instead of quickly getting off the phone like most unresolved calls with PS. Paul was able to also explain what I needed to do to when it came to calling CS. I called 3way and Paul stayed on the line to help me navigate the horrors of calling a 800 number. I can see that he puts his customer first by how he clearly made sure he understood all my concern and questions... he even went a level up to resolve an issue (on a Saturday when regional mgrs are hard to get a hold of). I would definitely recommend Paul and this site for there service!! Real customer, really happy!

Having just uprooted myself from Florida to move near family in LA, I was a tad frazzled getting my belongings into storage while I house hunt. The property manager Molly was professional and efficient in getting all the details ironed out. She was cheerful and accommodating--even when the mover could not get his huge truck into the area because of the curbing. Molly came out to help before office hours, expedited everything, readjusted the location, opened a far gate...and smiled the whole time. She is a gem! The facility may be just what I needed--but Molly's personality and service were superior. I will highly recommend both!
