Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 300 Avery St, Los Angeles, CA

I have been using this public storage since 2013, and keep coming back to this location because of the service. Mario is awesome! He always goes above and beyond to help!

Mario helped us move into a storage unit. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth. The stage spaces are clean, well lit, secure and air conditioned. There is ample parking. Highly recommend this storage facility.

Mario helped make our move-in smooth and comfortable, as he showed us an incredible amount of warmth and patience. Our movers arrived later than expected, and ended up finishing about 30 minutes after closing time. Mario was kind enough to grant us allowance to finish up our move without feeling rushed. We’re so happy we chose this Public Storage location, and can’t thank Mario enough for his hospitable management.

I have to come and give praise to 300 Avery St. facility manager, Mario! I had lost the keys to my unit and needed to get inside to pick up some equipment for one of my bookings. With the facility near closing, I was under an extreme time crunch and starting to panic.... Mario informed me of each resolution possible and their process timing. Due to the time restraints, he recommended a great professional licensed locksmith, Oscar, who arrived expeditiously after our phone call. He was very reasonable and super efficient! I want to definitely recommend Mario and his facility, as well as, Oscar's Lock & Key!

The manager, Marv? His name might have been Mario, I'm so sorry for not remembering.... was incredibly helpful when I realized the storage unit I reserved was too small. With the holiday special I was able to trade up a size without carrying a balance which literally saved my life! He also helped me carry my mattress from truck to storage since I was moving furniture alone. I really appreciate his kindness. Thank you so much!!!

Renting here for 10 years and I've been happy with the location, hours, and service. I needed to switch units multiple times due to how much or how little storage I needed and Mario, the property manager, always provided excellent service and helped me get to the next unit no problem.

Mario was so friendly and helpful the entire time. I really appreciated how enthusiastic and kind he was whenever I had any questions. Always greeting me and telling me to have a good day :) The elevators sometimes will go out of service, leaving only one to work so keep that in mind if you notice it’s a particularly busy day (you will have to be patients and take your time). Other than that the facility was clean and I had a very positive experience. 🩷 ps: You need to download the public storage app before arriving so you have access to the doors and elevators
