While our experience with Michelle at Public Storage in Dublin was truly outstanding, we were ultimately forced to leave because of the company's aggressive rental increases. Michelle went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and maintain a very clean facility. She even tried to help us by holding off the increase for a short time. We are only vacating because of the cost, not because of the service, and we are disappointed that the company's pricing policy prevented us from staying.
I just got a storage for the first time and the units are really clean, staff are really friendly and helpful. Michelle helped me set up the code to open doors on my phone and she’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

We got our space in November of 2024. The facility is very clean, and secure whether day or night. We've never had an issue of any kind, and Michelle has always been helpful. We've used several Public Storages since moving to California just over ten years ago, and the Dublin location is among the best experiences.

I came here about a month ago and it was such an enjoyable experience. Michelle and Robert are the two who helped my nana and me in there. Super friendly, super helpful and very clean! Michelle asked me what I planned to be storing so I explained everything and she had an idea on what size would work best. She then took us up to show us and see if that one she recommended worked for us and it was perfect. Michelle was great with the recommendation on the size which I was super impressed with. I recently visited your facility to inquire about storage space. The first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was and how nice the clerk was. Her name was Angie. She was a very efficient and so polite. I will be renting from this facility in the next few days. She made sure I was clear on the rates and all the rules of the facility. Good job! The the other storage facility run by different company kind of just threw me some rates and sent me on my way. However Angie made sure that I was clear on the rates the unit sizes and all the information that I was asking she had a clear answer for me.
I had encountered some billing issues and faced difficulties with the Public Storage app's acceptance of auto-payments. However, I had the pleasure of working with Michelle, the property manager at the San Ramon Road location in Dublin. Michelle went above and beyond to assist me and promptly resolved my concerns.
Despite the credit card error being on my end, Michelle took the initiative to research the matter and graciously reversed the late fee. Throughout the process, she maintained excellent communication with me, providing updates and liaising with the corporate offices. As a result, the late fees were successfully removed, and my auto-payments were reinstated through the app.

I was helped by Lila and had an excellent experience...I wanted to downgrade the size of my unit as I couldn't afford the larger one anymore and she was not only wonderful in helping me out and even making sure I had a unit close to my old one so that I didn't have to move far, but her positivity and sense of humor made what was part of a highly-stressful situation bearable and comfortable. A++ service from Michelle - I had to cancel my two reserved units due to a change in plans, Michelle was the most gracious and kind property manager and helped me out going the extra mile even though I was cancelling the day before move in. Great customer service. Mitchell was very helpful in changing our unit. The door opening in the original unit was much smaller (not even 3 ft) than the size of the unit (5x15 ft) indicated. Be advised to physically check out the unit before the move to avoid any surprises.

Clean, good value, and usually not busy
Recently I had to switch units to a bigger one. Nicole was very helpful in making the transition fast and easy. She was very friendly and more helpful than the prior employee interactions I had. I was helped today by Nicole O at Public Storage on San Ramon Road here in Dublin. Not only was her office spotless and orderly, she immediately went out of her way to assist me with my questions. I was impressed by the way she spoke slowly and clearly, with patience and was totally professional. If you need a storage unit, you will find this place clean and managed well.
