Unfortunately my storage was broken into a few days ago but Nathaniel and Denise have been super helpful. They have done so much more than to make sure that I feel secure that this situation won’t happen again by working with the police and changing my personal information. I was skeptical about staying here but the security that they have been giving me and the reassurance that my belongings will be safe have made me happy about staying.
Two times I incorrectly locked my storage and both times Nathanial called immediately to let me know he secured it with there which only could acess the combination. Very good, reliable customer service. I am grateful, glad I chose this place.

Appreciate this place. Need to fix some automatic pay issues on the app, if we turn off auto pay it should not be allowed to extract from our bank account. Ran into some discrepancies with double payment and it was almost a hassle to retrieve those funds back.
