More staff is needed on such a big property as mere square footage spreads a person too thin. When I got there I was confused and didn’t know how to use the gate access so I went in the office and Christina was very very helpful came out showed me what to do, how to use the gate, where to park and even change my unit as I’m disabled. UPDATE: When I moved into this unit, the staff was amazing, the unit was nice, the facility was well kept and the price was "fair". By the time I left, it looked as if though crack heads had moved in out back, shady vehicles, shady people hanging around, dirty and just not the same place. The location was still convenient for me. THEN they raised the price, then raised it again, the third rate increase letter in a little over a year and I'd had enough. I'm out. REDICULOUS rent increases for a run down, dirty facility. Quite a change from my previous five star review below. Public Storage, this is primarilly a response to your unethical rent increase policy. Goodbye, forever from a marketing guy that will steer every single person that will listen away from your business. There is absolutely nothing you could do or say at this point. I pleased with staff about this, zero care, just greed. YET, people moving in THAT day, same unit at nearly half the price I was paying so no BS about supply and demand or going rates. It's just a greed driven scheme.

ASK FOR MONICA! I can't say enough good things about the quality of customer service I received at Public Storage from Monica. The initial unit I had reserved was simply not going to work for my needs. She was informative, upfront and took the time to show me the differences between what was currently available. In the end, I really couldn't be happier or have anything better to say. This is the kind of upfront service that creates customer retainment and is invaluable to any business. As far as the unit and location itself, I give a solid A rating. It's convenient, secure, CLEAN and well lit. I have only ONE complaint and it is the exit gate. You must exit your vehicle to enter the code to exit. This NEEDS to be addressed actually as it is a huge security issue for my wife. Scenario, someone tailgates in and waits, she is leaving, must exit her vehicle, enter the code which causes the gate to open... she's now outside her vehicle (presumably still running) with a gate now opening in a rather secluded back area of a storage facility with quick and easy access to the freeway. Ya, not the greatest. Other than that, the place is solid. And FWIW, I would never let my wife come here alone at night for the reason I stated.

No matter what, they have always treated me the same and have always been greeted with a welcoming smile. The place is very clean, easy to access, and greatly staffed! Not to mention, the whole facility is indoor, so it keeps a lot of weather damage from happening. Definitely recommend the location to anyone looking for a quality storage unit!

For parking storage not worth it break in all the time police won't do anything because people are in mask. Things don't last a week once occupied it will be gone completely or broken into and vandalized. Regular storage is good, no problem.

Very expensive rental
My wife and I (Dan & Pam) were searching for an affordable option to store our furniture. I feel that we were blessed with not only good prices but with really good customer service. Every step of the way our rep Philipia was so nice that she did not leave us hanging. From aquring the locks, introducing the loading area, and helping us control the gate from our phone was an overall a great experience. In addition to Public storage, they do offer cart, which is a huge help if you don't have moving resources. Highly recommend this place.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT think of coming to this storage ! It looks safe because it’s inside units but it is NOT ! mine & 6 other units were broken into and items were stolen from our storage yet the office ladies (besides philipa) acted like this was normal !! They actually didn’t even know units were broken into until 2pm when we went to the office to complain about our unit being opened ! Sad.. Didn’t care to do anything about it just tell you to call the police and let them handle it. no refund, NOTHING! Save yourself the stress and don’t come here ..

Never had to rent such a large storage before. The girl (sorry I forgot your name) that helped me was so sweet and patient☺️She explained Everything in detail, and helped me through the process. Don’t park any vehicles at this location. They broke into my trailer by drilling out the locks and pried open the door and then the following month they pried open my storage doors and took my $200 extension cord. They obviously don’t care about security and will do nothing about it. They even have some homeless person living in a van with a dog and cat wondering around the last time I was there. Cameras are there just for decoration since nobody monitors them. What a mistake storing my trailer there.

storing vehicle here and come every week or so to run engine, came today after not being here two week and the catalytic was stolen. Front desk extremely unhelpful and told me cameras won’t help and that i choose to store at my own risk. What a load and extremely unhelpful, do not store here

I've been renting a public storage for a few years now and honestly it's been so far good experience I've haven't had no troubles with anybody that also rents there and I can't complain. The staff at Public Storage has been very helpful and forgiving at the same time. I was supposed to be out of one storage unit on to another the same day but I wasn't able to but they forgave me and let me proceed the next day without charge. Now that was a great deal for me. I just hope I didn't get anybody in trouble for helping me out and thank you very much Public Storage.
