We initially rented at a different facility and decided to move to the Compton location. Anthony was amazing! He walked through the facility with us and made our transfer seamless.. The transfer process took less than 5 minutes. The facility itself is beautiful! It’s new and so fresh and clean with many units still available. The application system has a problem, you can't enter your bank card and pay the fare on time, and they fine you 25 dollars for being late, the door remotes don't work, the customer center is inefficient, the translator service is poor, the system is weak, and only money is important to them.
