I’m writing this review from my daughter’s account, because one I don’t know how to write a review nor never needed to. I’m shocked to see there are no reviews yet for this acampo storage facility.
I’ve been renting here for years. I’ve seen so many managers come and go. I visited yesterday and saw the power was out but still open access with a manager there. This nice young lady named “RILEY”, kindly approached our vehicle and let us know about the situation and how she will be handling everything for a couple days while they fix the power. She was outside cleaning the units BY HAND! She was working hard in almost 100° weather. Riley then peaked the corner and made sure everything was going well, just told her I was carrying some items into the bed of the truck. She then helped me, she insisted I sit back and tell her what she needs to help me with. WOW! I’m an older lady so this was greatly appreciated.
I finish up and leave and she pops out the office while she is mopping and makes sure that everything was all good and to have a great rest of my day.
I’ve seen the other managers here and not one has been as hard-working and nice as Riley. She is the reason I feel safe and will continue to store my things here.
