Y'all, there are other Storage Unit Companies, especially the Co.'s that are new, which have extremely low cost rates (e.g. 10'x15' $86) versus PS (10'x15' $176)... Not only is PS over priced, but the employees are rudely invasive, no manners, and dramatically strict about customers unloading/loading slightly after hours, which can be inevitable during our moving experience and schedule. Additionally in dismay, Customer Service & Corporate is just as unprofessionally pompous. In general, if you'd prefer to be treated with integrity, I implore you to seek a different Storage Co.

Spring broke on door somebody took the wall apart to try to get into the unit. I was able to move into another unit and they did give me a partial credit.
We've had several occasions where we interacted with Gregg and he's just great! Always so kind, funny, and helpful. He's just a great guy and we really appreciate all the help he's given!

There was an issue with my unit when I went to move in. I waited outside for an hour and a half with my load of stuff, ready to rip someone apart when the office opened. Instead I got inside and met Vanessa the new property manager who was just amazing!! She fixed my issue very quickly and apologized profusely. I felt my anger melt away very quickly. She is amazing and I hope everyone who comes here has the pleasure of meeting and working with her.

So we just moved out of our storage unit of over 3 years. When we vacated, Gregg was awesome to work with and made sure we were taken care of. It's always clean and secure here. My only gripes are that the longer we stayed, the higher the rent was but I guess that is with everything nowadays. I also think they could use some new carts one is on the smaller side and the other one is missing a wheel and it made it a pain to move our stuff out. I actually was only going to leave a 3 or 4 star review because of the cart situation. But because of Gregg and our overall experience I decided to give them a 5.

The Manager Gregg is fantastic. He was very helpful to us as we tried to schedule PODS and movers. He was true to his word and I felt a lot of confidence in what he was telling me. He helped alleviate some of the stress which meant a lot to me. Public Storage is fortunate to have such a lovely man working for them.
Now, I would also like to say that Public Storage should reconsider their policies regarding PODS and make this easier for their customers. Their policies made things challenging for us as we began our journey to move cross country. I will end by reiterating that Gregg's pleasant attitude made this much easier. Thank you Gregg.

I rented a storage unit here, I am on a fixed income and the storage unit kept increasing. I called to see if they could please help with rental increase. I was denied. I was ready to vacate Public Storage at that time. I went up to the Public Storage to talk to them about not wanting to help me and that is when I met employee Grace. Let me tell you about how Grace went above and beyond to not only help me but other customers that I watched as I was in the rental office. She assisted and gave great customer service to each and every customer. Thank you to Grace who helped me move some heavy pieces that I couldn’t move by myself. She was so helpful. Not only did she help with that, she also took the initiative to look at my rate because I expressed my rate had gone up over $70 a month. She was able to get my rate down to a more comparable rate. I know the rate increase is not due to the location specifically so I am still giving 5 stars due to this location being clean, and the manager Grace being very helpful.

Issues w auto pay and then when called by the office hours after I already spoke w someone there asking for payment again. I advised I would be in the office next day and the manager reassured me they would have someone there to process my payment well yet again as many times before office door locked and nobody to help. Awful service I wish I could do negative stars!! I am a very kind and understanding person but these are my belongings and thing I cannot replace I don't need these mix ups w payment and then nobody to talk to just to have my things tossed or auctioned off. Not happy at all!

Do not use this storage facility there crooks and they have no employees working in there office and when u do get ahold of someone it's useless they won't do a thing to help any situation you have with your rented space they will lie to you ignore you and won't even get ahold of there superiors for you and trying to get ahold of some one on the phone is even more of a joke they must hire people right out of kindergarten I will never use this company again I would definitely recommend any where else to rent a storage.
These people after I paid them. $ 621.29 to get my stuff out of there storage so they didn't auction it because I could never get ahold of anyone in there office that's suppose to be open 8 to 5 daily when I paid this money the manager told me there would be no more charges on this account and that I had til the first to get my stuff out they now sent me a bill for $231 dollers due forr rent I tell you they are crooks
Kody at the Glendale location was super helpful with relocating our unit so that we could gain access for our moving truck. Moving is a hassle already so his friendly service and willingness to help solve our issue was so appreciated!

it is very easy to rent a space even without a reservation, Rosa even took the time to show me the spaces very friendly and helpful.
Quick effecient
This property is always super clean whenever I go! I’ve only ever seen Sebastian working at the front and any time I’ve needed something or had questions he’s been super helpful, knowledgable, and quick to give me the information that I need or who I can contact to help me with whatever I had questions about! Personally my space has always been well maintained and if there’s been any issues maintenance has gotten on it super fast too!
