From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with enthusiasm and a positive attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. I was transitioning from Storage Sense to Public Storage, and Andrew made what could have been a frustrating process incredibly smooth and easy. He walked me through every step, answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and ensured I fully understood my new unit, the terms, and how everything worked. His professionalism, customer service skills, and attention to detail are exactly what you hope for in someone representing a business. Andrew truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear he takes pride in helping customers and doing the job right. Public Storage is lucky to have him, and honestly, they need more people like him on the team. He’s the kind of person who gives a company a great reputation. Highly recommend! Five Stars!

Mr Paul was an amazing Sense Storage expert! He was so kind, and explained the lease we signed for our unit. And Because we are new in Alabama, he even told us where to go for things like the Gym!

The store manager Mr. Paul young was very respectful from start to finish I recommend if anybody is in need of a storage unit you go see him.

My experience with Storage Sense was great. Even though I came almost time of closing, Paul didn’t rush me and he was very Patient with me. When I first called I talked to Mr Young over the phone and he was very polite and helpful. After the office visit with him I wanted to tell all my friends if they needed a storage unit please visit Storage Sense.

I was brought in on a discounted price for being a 1st responder. When price increases came about I was told that my price wouldn't be adjusted. Unfortunately it was increased twice throughout my time with you guys. Outside of that access to the facility was seamless and so was the use of your online portal to manage and make payments on our account.
