D'Licia is an incredible employee! She was so very helpful and knowledgable finding my husband and I a spot for a boat we were potentially getting Friday afternoon. She called me Yesterday (7/18) to see if we got "moved" in okay; but told her we didn't end up getting the boat so she offered to give us an immediate refund. I was not expecting to get a refund but she was so understanding and kind about our situation. I booked everything and spoke to her only over the phone but she was so incredibly pleasant and bubbly. She deserves not only a raise but some acknowledgment of what a great employee she is and her excellence in customer service. Once we do find the right vessel, we will 100% go back for her at the Fairhope location for our business. :)

Excellent customer service! Had a small issue on my end getting set up online. Courtney reached out to me and helped me through the process and got it taken care of. Smooth and easy process to rent and I like the smart features this storage facility uses and they have an app. The pricing is also really good compared to the local competitors who are more expensive and lack using technology for their units. Will continue to use this company for my long term storage needs.
