I rented from Public Storage in Daphne a year ago. I started out paying $88 a month after 3 months they went up to $131 a month. After another 3 months they went up to $159 a month finally after 6 months they went up to $215 a month. That is an increase of $127. I know inflation is bad but this is not inflation this is theft. Not to mention now I have to find another place rent a U-Haul to move it all from Public Storage to a new place (which will probably do the same to me). I just feel this is absolutely wrong to do to a loyal customer. From $88 to to $215.... You really should be ashamed.
Just got my space today and it was a pleasant experience the manager misty made sure my needs were met and that I got the best rate and the helped me figure just the right size for me I would definitely recommend this facility.. also it was very clean and felt homey

Have a unit there for a year now. I haven't had any troubles accessing the unit except for problems I caused for myself Misty was supper attentive to the help it needed and what I had to do to solve the issues.
In my opinion the hours of access could be longer but I am in understanding of why they're not.
I live in south west Florida 900+ miles away and still feel safe with my things that are there .
If you need a storage in that area I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed with the facility and you'll feel like home with Misty.

I rented this storage unit less than a year ago for $88. They constantly go up now they are raising it to $159 a month. I know storage places do this but it's actually crappy.

I have been looking for a good storage unit for a long time. Most of the ones I've tried have been very difficult to get to or the customer service have been not to great. However this all change when I came here. I was meet with the best employee ever, so respectfull and doing anything she can do to help. Her name was Misty Sanks and I've never meet someone like her.

Public Storage is where it's at and Misty will help you find it! worked with me to find things within budgets, prices are great from online and still in store as well! found an inside unit and still had to make a decision for another and she helped get that going very simply! She's great and her help in making this storage unit process go smoothly is one of the best things to ask for! My family has a unit in Daphne and I want to say that there was an issue with something at the unit and she talked to my daughter like we were her family. She was so warm and personable despite all the problems she deals with on a daily. Thank you Mysty for being a wonderful human.
Let me start by saying that I hate moving, especially when you have to put stuff in storage. I have used storage units all throughout central Alabama (Hoover, Pelham, Mt. Brook, etc). The grounds are clean, but what this location has going for it, is a specific worker that goes above and beyond.

Went to office July 27, 2023 and met Public Storage workers Wayne and Rita. They got me through the rental agreement and app installation process in a very short and painless process. I had questions and they clarified them and I would recommend their help to anyone.
