Only posting a star, to leave a review! Otherwise, I wouldn't. BEWARE of this business!?!?! I've been lied to twice, by 2 different location. First location, I made an appointment. I show up and person in not even IN office, then comes helping another customer. Second location, I was told I would pay $75 when I sign. I get to facility and they're asking for $98. I will be filing a report with AG & Better Business Bureau.

Worst storage unit I've ever rented from. Could not even pull a moving truck into the row where our unit was. Would not transfer us. Had to walk all of our stuff from a side gate that they dummy lock. Are unit had been gotten into and stuff moved around right before we decided to change our stuff to a different facility. Will never ever use this facility or this company ever again. No one is ever at the office and you can never reach anyone on the phone and if you do reach someone on the phone it's from a different location. The day that we were moving in the manager was extremely rude and said that we got a discounted price since trucks couldn't pull into the side we were at yet nothing was listed online about this and the person who booked best over the phone actually suggested this location due to a discount. If you use this company choose a different location! Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

The lady on the machine was very helpful, my move in was fine, because it had to be. I didn't have time to get another storage due to my situation, OR I would have. Pictures should speak for themselves. I think the lanes are entirely to narrow getting to the storage. The one way in, one way out access, SUCKS!!! I won't be using them again...

We've rented from PS for years. This specific location is not one of their bests, and its by far the worst PS facility we have ever rented from. I will start by saying there isn't even an office here. You go in the building and there's nothing in there but a kiosk, no actual person.
Upon move in they rented me a shed that was already rented. Them switching the sheds to an open one I ended up paying for a 2nd lock. (Never refunded) Then our rent went up in 2 months. Our rent just kept going up. We started out at $79 a month, ended at $103 a month. The facilites well, it took us over 2 months, and numerous kiosk visits to get a gate code that worked. There is actually no live person at this facility. Then the main gate wouldn't open because it was broke. There are nails and screws everywhere. I've gotten 3 flats going to the shed.
Our shed, the door trim was broke off and hanging when we rented the shed. There are mice or rats in the sheds too. They got into our boxes. When I told the guy that cleans the place his response was yes, they know. Thats why they put stuff in the sheds. Today was the first time we ever saw a live person here. He said he just cleans the place 2 days a week. We never had anything put in or around ours shed to keep out rodents.
Now get to today our move out, and the guy there says I need to go down the road and find the woman who runs the place to let her know we're vacating our shed. I'm not going to drive around OKC to find someone who works there. I got home, used the app, and vacated online using the app.
Now I don't know who Jessica is because in the 9 months we had stuff there we never saw a live person.
No person to pay monthly payment's etc.

Got all my things out and was unsure about move out process , once I finally got the instructions (no one would answer the phone) got an automated message about my access being revoked for a late payment, that’s cool so now I can’t remove the lock and move out ending the bill , they are basically removing access at this point to drive the bill up . Ridiculous but that’s ok y’all can keep it

I've had items come up missing from my unit. Two AC units, a bucket of cleaning supplies, a bag of bedding....The manager could not be bothered other than attempting to gaslight me by suggesting
A. The items were there and I just couldn't find them.
B. I OBVIOUSLY gave someone my key and C. It simply wasn't possible

It's not well kept or clean and no access to dumpster of which there is only 1 also there are people living in the cars and Rv's that are stored there homeless walking through the property all the time
