I had a major issue with my account and had made severL calls in trying to figure it out. 2 people dropped theball not following through without ever reaching back out. But Miranda said this is unacceptable and got straight on the ball and got me taken care of!!!

Have had a very good experience with this location. No complaints at all. Someone told me that Miranda was a Queen…they were correct!
After my previous storage company raised their rates 40%, I was on the lookout for a new storage facility. Pubic Storage was by far the most reasonably priced in my area. I called the corporate number to make sure the advertised rate wasn't just a promotional rate that would significantly increase in a few months. He told me honestly that they do tend to raise the rates about once a year, usually around the beginning of the year. But that the current rate posted was my regular rate and not just a promotional rate.
When I went to the unit itself, I stopped in the office with a few more questions. The attendant was super nice, helpful, and actually gave me the same answer about rate increases. It's nice hearing consistency and not just what they think I want to hear to seal the deal.
I have very little experience with them so far. But based on my initial encounter, I have high hopes and high expectations.

Cortney from the Needmore location was helping out at the Sharonville location. She helped retain us as a customer due to the terrible management of the Sharonville location. We have had nothing but a terrible experience and if Cortney did not talk to us and help work out the mess from Sharonville we would of left Public Storage ASAP. She helped retain us a storage unit at the Maineville location and if it were not for her we would have terminated our relationship with Public. She is definitely an asset to the Public Storage group and should be commended for her hard work, professionalism and curiosity.
