I want to thank the associate, Angela, who helped my family with matters regarding our cousin's estate. We needed to know the procedure to gain access to his storage unit, so his son could take anything he wants before the unit is vacated. She explained the steps (paperwork, notarization, lock access, gate access, vacating process) very well over the phone. When I went to the Patchogue office in person, I found her to be just as helpful and nice in person as on the phone. She scanned in the required paperwork and informed me of how we would be notified when approval for gaining access has been made. I also appreciate that she shared her experiences talking with my cousin over the years. She said what a nice person he always was (so true!). It was nice to hear that from her. She is clearly a "people person." She enjoys not only her job, but people, in general - which makes the experience for any customer so much nicer. Thank you, Angela!

Ive had a few units over the years at other locations and was always treated sub par.
I rented my first storage unit here and couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. Angela in the rental office helped me with my payment and how to use the app, showed me the unit, helped me get a lock (and showed me how to use it lol) and answered every question so thoroughly. She helped me figure out the best access to my unit and walked me through every step. It is so rare in today's day you receive such care from a worker, and she really deserves to be recognized for it. All things with the facility went smoothly and I was pleased with my overall experience. Typically, I wouldn't think to recommend a storage facility but because of the 11/10 customer service I received I will be referring anyone I can. My day was made by such a kind and helping staff member in a setting that was foreign to me and I'm very thankful for her assistance.
