okay I had mentioned this once already and appears to have been taken down but I'm gonna go ahead and repost it. so I was essentially lied to when I signed the paper that stated with the insurance was fifteen a month now it's saying it's something else eventhough I paid it? a brief explanation would be great.

We were looking for a small good and affordable place, we came here last minute and customer service was amazing by Allison, It was Almost time to close and she gave an excellent service without rushing us out. It was a very hot day and she was willing to show us what we wanted. We did all paperwork and got us a storage in less than 15 minutes. She did great explaining us all the fees for first month and following months. We walked out very happy with what we wanted and the service we got. ๐

First outdoor storage space we were given had 3+ feet of snow covering it. Even though this was not my fault, my online deal was no longer valid, so forced to pay more money. Second space has been unusable, we specifically told the employees we were parking a travel trailer. Spots are filled bumper to bumper, so we can't get our trailer out or put back in. Great waste of $$ to not be able to use.

Rent went up $59 which was one of the determining factors of my move out.
The place needs work to justify these price increases. The road has potholes by the gate, there’s a huge dip halfway through the unit and no room for large trailers to make it around it so you don’t bust your bottom. There doesn’t seem to be any security cameras other than at the front so I’m not sure if there would be ways to see someone robbed your unit.
Several months ago, a worker or manager said you were unable to work inside your unit for long periods of time. A family member of mine was organizing some boxes and the worker came by and locked the unit with the family member inside. Didn’t even ask if someone was in there so that was very unprofessional. They were lucky I didn’t call the police on them.
The lady who works there also has children that come and go and a dog that has been there many times. Wondering if they live there. I just think there are newer, better lit spaces that charge less than what this place charges. It’s run down and needs pavement work desperately.
To whomever does business there, check other places first. There are many other spaces that aren’t as run down or shady.

On site staff is great but the fees are dishonest, $1 for the first month is closer to $50 all in, $30 of which is an "administration fee" if it's $30 say its $30, stop lying to customers

The facility is fine. This review is in relation to the fine print on the rental agreement that states they can adjust the rental rate at any time. I've been renting a unit for 6 months and they increased my rate $50 per month. ($186 to $236). Customer service representative basically said we can increase rate at any time per the contract and feel free to move to another facility as we are not going to adjust the rate back to a lower price.
