I was having issues opening the gate and finding my unit glad Manny arrive on site to help me with this issue.
Started off at $175 and the prices have increased almost every month now paying $350 barely over 6 months later. The gate and the public storage app and Google says they are open till 10:00 p.m. but they are only open till 9:00 p.m. We have called and complained to everyone and it still has not been updated. No bug control either, roaches and palmetto bugs everywhere, in every box.
I’m very happy how the move in went and also that property personel contacted me to check if I need anything else. Great service and prices too, very strongly recommend this

It's basically okay but when I asked why there was no light bulb in the fixture the service manager just scoffed and said they don't supply light. I asked why then, do they have fixtures and she said she didn't know but "just imagine our electric bill if we supplied lights." I was kind of taken aback by this, we've done several moves and rented storage units and I distinctly remember lights being in at least some of them. In any case, it was just a really weird, unprofessional response.

after I went to put my stuff into this storage unit I was very concerned after the second time because the out gate was open both times. Actually it has been open everytime which is at least 10 times. How can you keep thieves out if your gate don't shut. This should be put on the website as I spent 79.00 so far for a 5×10.
Run from this company. There is zero customer service. The only time you get to the correct person is when you are booking a storage facility for the first time

We tried to get a storage unit there and it was flooded. Went to get a return on our money and they waited to approve the move out 5 days after we requested it. So they didn't have to give us our money back we will never use them again. The customer service representative hung up on us and was rude to my wife this company is a joke and I would not recomend them if you are looking for a place.

After 2 days, speaking with multiple agents, unsuccessfully reserving a unit which had to be cancelled twice due to the app not working, using the online app unsuccessfully, an agent calls to assist making a reservation 6 miles away vs the one that is 1/2 mile from my house, use their kiosk, discount rate, make the payment all this to find out they reserved and charged me (double the price at first), for the wrong size unit. Now to start all over with the chaotic mess of this company.
Ridiculous thieves!! Randomly increasing Unit rent without telling you! Just decides to up it another $25 on whim. Called the company to find out what happened they have no answer except they have the right to raise it when they want. GREAT way to start the new year!!
This storage facility is a scam. They charged me for an extra month even after I moved out. I won't rent from them again.

Janet is very nice. Very easy to feel like you've known her for years. Places are clean. Had a couple palmetto bugs during use of first unit but that's to be expected. Also had ants, lil more difficult to contain and eliminate. I would've given 5 stars but evidently there's this policy where if it's not spotless when you leave it then they have this idea that you owe them even more then the monthly rent was, which wasn't cheap.. almost 200 a month. I did leave a bookshelf and a5x8 carpet. They didn't have a dumpster on site to throw them away and honestly I figured they'd just keep it for yard sale when they take possession of units. But no, that's not the case. I got notified that I owe OVER 200$ on the 5th.. for cleaning fee and having items removed. Thought omg but ok, my bad... I'm in the wrong (keep in mind i relocated my belongings to a smaller unit there so she called me about all this.) But AGAIN, no, that wasn't the case either. They hadn't in fact removed anything. I went there that night and removed the items and swept it again so there'd be no issues. I barely dodged that bullet.. whew. WRONG!!! Only to get a phone call 2 days later, now the 7th. They are turning me over to collection agency for the bill that's over 200$!! I told her, you've lost your mind, i can pay the monthly fee of 187.00 and save money and it's already cleaned out for the 1st of the month. She had no response. At that point it was best to end the conversation cuz i was at work and now fired up but know my belongings are there so guess gotta be cordial still. I haven't heard anything else from her about it so I just stay on the look out

12/3 Saturday 3pm. My husband has a short memory so of course he forgot that sweet lady’s name. She was so nice and proffesional. She was very helpful and patient with 3 changes of our parking spot. Whole process went smoothly with her. Want to add this storage location is very convenient with the app tap to unlock gate. Glad we rented the parking space for our travel trailer here.

Don't have cancer and you have to put your things in storage I hate to say it like this. I spent my last $300 put my stuff in storage things have changed waiting on a bed I go there the first week I'm not even in the unit but besides that I paid in advance for 2 months and I paid over $300 the one week when I go to tell him I'm leaving or whatever I'm not even going to receive probably 50 bucks. On top of the fact it was a 5x5 for $100 that's the size of a porta potty maybe I think a porta potty is even bigger honestly I would have rented a porta potty instead of this cuz a porta potty is a million times better than their facility.
