I've been renting at this Public Storage location for 2 years, and the difference since Sarah came on as manager 6 months ago has been night and day.
Before Sarah, I had zero communication with management - didn't even know what the previous manager looked like. There was no involvement, no relationship, nothing. It felt like I was just paying rent to a faceless company.
Sarah has completely changed that experience. From the moment she started, she's been personable, accessible, and genuinely invested in not only taking care of her customers, but the property itself. It stays clean and maintained. Whenever I have questions or concerns, she's on it immediately and always follows up with a call to let me know what's going on. That kind of responsiveness and communication was completely absent before. If there was any kind of communication, it was short, to the point, and just kind of cold if you will. Her friendliness and showing she cares, makes all the difference. 💯
She's smart, kind, professional, and has turned this storage facility from just a place I rent from into a place where I actually feel valued as a customer. Sarah is exactly the kind of manager every facility needs.

Rating this location based off of the quality of service I received from Antonio. He was extremely helpful, professional & knowledgeable. I’ll also add that he does a great job with the upkeep at this location, as other locations I’ve experienced can be a bit unclean. I needed boxes for a move and he helped me pick the best sizes after asking what type of items I’d be packing, suggested packing materials and also tape bundles.
Although I only plan on using my unit for a short period of time, I’m comfortable knowing that staff like Antonio will be present if I have any further questions and to make sure the place is secure.

Just rented a place, and it was a very pleasant experience. Antonio is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and made the process easy. I walked into the office and less than 20 minutes later I walked out with the keys to a new storage at a very reasonable price. I feel confident with the safety of my belongings in this area.
Antonio and Sean are great! They explained things clearly and concise and are always super friendly. The potholes are problematic, but they're being repaired at the end of June (or so I was told). Other than that, I've had no complaints.
I forgot to do my rating the other day but omg this is the place you want to store your stuff ! The people who work here are the most great & helpful people ! 10/10 hands down
