I am writing on behalf of Michael, a PS CST. He had shown exceptional CST (Cust Srvc Tech) Skills. Not only did he assist me in further understanding my rental agreement, he also explained the reasons behind its text within it. He went above and beyond and noticed that I have had 3+ rental hikes on my unit (4+ years at Santa Rita location). He insisted on submitting my account for a rental amount modification (rent reduction), due to the fact that I have yet to be late on any payment at either of my PS Rental Units at either Pleasanton locations (Santa Rita Rd and Boulder St, last 8+ yrs) locations. I just want to impress that Michael's CST Skills warrant a pay raise without question. I am military, and I am locally stationed near the Santa Rita location, his concern is greatly appreciated and customer service skills should be embraced by PS Management, FYI.

I rented a space in the Public Storage location on Santa Rita Road for about four months. Since this was my first time renting a public space anywhere, I had many questions about how the process worked. Judy, the manager of the facility, was very helpful in guiding me. She answered all my questions fully and to my satisfaction, unfailingly polite at all times; returned my calls promptly whenever I called, and even quickly provided paper copies of public storage documents I wanted but couldn’t get when my computer failed. When it came time to give up the rental, Judy facilitated my termination of the rental in a manner most helpful to me, so that I wouldn’t have to write or go there in person. Because my interaction with Judy was always positive, I would not hesitate to return to this facility should I ever need to rent again. Thank you, Judy, for all your help!
