The managing associate showed me the unit, the door look and its operation, finalized all my paperwork, provided all necessary gate access. This is long overdue. I have been wanting to Shout from the rooftops about "SALLY", the very Lovely Lady that runs this Facility. She is absolutely AMAZING. Not only is she always Cheery and smiles often, which is contagious, but also has a lot of patience. I know, bc, I unfortunately tested it, with my changing units 2 times. I was confused with the app coinciding with my codes, billing, etc.. with that said, I must have, what felt like, 20 times over the coarse of 2 weeks. I felt bad, but Sally, always stayed, cool, calm and collected to answer all of my questions. She even managed to smile and end on a Happy thought, every single time. She made sure that I was a satisfied customer until the end, for that I am very GRATEFUL, SALLY. All I could think is her saying what a pain in the rear, I was, calling AGAIN! SHE NEVER DISPLAYED THAT. I highly recommend this place, as Dally will make sure you are taken Care of. Thanks for putting up with my Blonde moments!

I tried to be proactive before meeting Ms. Sandy, by reserving an online promotion, but to my knowledge, I was reserving something in a whole different ballpark, (i.e. Parking Space) and it was comical, but Sandy didn't laugh to hard, 🤓 but it was pretty funny to me. 🤣 Well, I will tell the world, in a space and time were AI and automated services are being pressed in between us "The Customer", and them "The Company", it can get pretty frustrating when you have a situation that needs flexibility. She was helpful with the units, with the rental agreement and with a few details that needed to be ironed out. Well taken care of facility. Bluetooth box to open/close the gate never worked for me with the app, but I think that was user error & typing in the code was never problematic. Once my stuff was removed, before my move out date was reached, they called to make sure it wasn’t broken into. Best storage place I’ve used.

I first rented out a 8x10 unit that was offered to me over the phone for a daily special through customer service, not the actual front office. When we arrived we weren't satisfied with the unit given. Heather(Manager) helped us switch to a bigger and nicer unit hassle free the same day. Very satisfied customers.

My experience with this Public Storage unit location was extremely positive from start to finish. We only needed the unit for a few months while my daughter moved back to the Bay Area. I did everything online, received timely and frequent communications and easy to follow instructions that were especially helpful when showing up at our unit for the first time in the early morning with movers. I showed up at the office on the last day of the month to terminate the contract without a key for the lock. Rather than make me pay an extra month, they offered to cut the lock so they could access the unit and end my contract. Excellent customer service, I would say.

Best experience with management of this storage facility. Heather Witting is awesome to make sure customer like me are taken care for with advice how to utilize my storage unit.
This storage location is always clean and I feel totally safe with my belongings.

I have been a tenant of this facility for many years. I currently rent multiple units. On site manager Heather has always been extremely helpful in addressing my storage needs and always goes above and beyond what is required of her when she makes recommendations to me about how I can maximize my rental experience within this facility. Heather is a true asset to Public Storage and she sets the standard for what an on site manager should be. It is truly a pleasure dealing with Heather regarding my storage needs and I express my sincerest thanks to her for all the help that she has given me.
Heather is so great and runs a tight ship. the container units need to be ventilated better to avoid mold.

when we relocate to our new place . He suggested that I seek the assistance of a guy name Robert Macias .He said Robert was able to answer all of his questions concerning all the services his company had to offer . Looking forward to working with Robert .

Heather has been absolutely amazing since we moved into our 1st unit almost 3 years ago. Since then she’s helped us transition into bigger units and recently into 2 more as our business is expanding. There are other self storage units nearby with competitive pricing but I honestly stay because of the service provided here by her and Chris. Thanks for representing Public Storage service on another level superior to others.

Chris is really helpful and mellow, and will keep it real with his potential clients. The one thing I felt when being assisted by Chris was he had my back and wanted to help me make the best decision possible. Tammi at the nearby location called over to Chris to reserve my unit and Chris postponed his lunch to help me out. I really appreciated that. Between Tammi and Chris of Public Storage, they motivate me to look toward the brighter sides of life and be as helpful as I possibly can, as well as patient. Chris helped me to establish my unit, as well as tips on properly securing my belongings upon moving in. I would recommend this location as well as the location located on Concord Blvd. nearby where Tammi is. They will have your back!

I've had previous storage units with other companies and cities previously. This is the far best I've had. Very friendly staff especially the Manager I will refer to as H. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient as she listened to my needs as it was an urgent need. We even laughed a few times. The experience was professional and timely. Very Clean facility including the grounds and unit. Facility seems very secure.

It stays open until 9:00 P.M. mow instead of 7:00PM, like before. The app on your phone let's you enter without leaving your car. Awesome... Heather is always a pleasure and willing to help you with anything that you may need at the Facility. Thank you Heather, I am glad that you are still there
Chris is Awesome! Great customer service. Having a really hard time financially and was able to go back to my same rate before. I have been a long time customer and stressed about increase and didn’t what to do, physically unable to move or pay increase. I’m a happy customer once again! Thank you Chris!

They were so nice and funny! I went yesterday to buy a storage unit for just myself. It was a super small closet type space. I had to go back because my brother wanted to store some stuff too and wanted to see if we can get a bigger one. She was super understanding and let us get a bigger one. If you’re looking for storage and good customer service come here! :)
