I came in this morning to pay my account balance and to speak to the manager due to an unexplainable rent increase. I found the manager Suzanne already cleaning the restroom but she did not hesitate to acknowledge me and tell me she would be right with me. She took about less than a minute to set her duties aside to come and assist me in her office. I explained to her that I needed to pay cash and that I need clarification as to why there has been a rent increase she quickly looked into her account and assured me that she would try her best to see if she could remove the fee. When she looked into the account she found that the notice that had been mailed to me was marked that there was a failure to deliver she then removed the increase until a few months. I appreciate her patience and quick assistance! She truly deserves a pay increase for her great customer service and attention to the customer. I always see her cleaning the building or assisting customers.!

Ms Suzanne was the most classy professional dignified customer service agent I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond helping me get my trailer parked in the rain and hail and I noticed she missed her lunch to do it. She never complained. What a pleasant experience it was, considering it was my first time ever having to get a storage unit, Susan was beyond informative and personable. She assisted me by showing me a couple units that would benefit me as well as searching other areas to see what deals were available. This storage place is very convenient the customer service is great especially from the Manager Jose highly recommend this location if you need a storage space.
