The property manager Deborah was very helpful and understanding dealing with my payments, she makes my day easier every time I come in to make a payment.
This is the worst run storage place I've ever encountered. The elevator is old and slow, which will add hundreds to your moving bill if you use movers. But more importantly, if you have a problem, good luck finding the location manager. Been waiting for over an hour for one to show up. I've come here here morning, noon and night and the office is always closed. Depite whatever the posted hours are. This place is cheaper than other storage units, but save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I would give negative stars if I could.

I spoke with Maritza on the phone today about holiday hours, and I also asked about a rent increase coming on my account next month, which I had not been notified about. She was more than helpful, giving me a 6-month freeze on my current rate, confirming my contact info and telling me when to expect an email notification of the next rent increase (6 weeks prior.) So glad I asked!

This location was the cleanest I have ever seen in a storage place. The manager was very nice, with great customer service. We are looking for storage in the area as we are relocating to California and because of Debbie this may be the one we choose.
