Came from US Storage down the street and had the worse experience. It was refreshing to come here and be helped by Giovana. I was already irritated and ready to use my mouth but Giovana was helpful and knowledgeable, it calmed my soul. She was such a ray of sunshine, and we didn’t even mind the price difference. It was a little more but worth it knowing we were in good hands. She was extremely patient, answered all our questions and concerns and was even nice enough to show us multiple units. In any business relationship there are always " ups and downs" and my facility is no exception (although sometimes i wish it was) but what makes the difference in the end is people. Aracelli, Kat and Giovana are all wonderful. They are the best part of both public storage facilities.

Reserved a unit online, simple process. Went to the location and found that it was on the second floor and the elevator was out of service. Suzanna just happened to be walking around and helped me find a different unit that was easily accessible. Excellent customer service! The facility was very clean and well kept.

Giovana made the check-in process as easy and painless as possible. She was kind, considerate, and very helpful. She did every that she could to ensure that we got into our unit. (We weren’t sure it was going to happen because we brought our own lock and didn’t bring enough money for the lock fee.) But Giovana saved us the trouble of paying for the lock and returning it for a refund later. Amazing customer service.. I would highly recommend this facility!
