Why no one ever answer the phones? It’s extremely hard to get in touch with someone at this unit. I was told to go to the app and send a message however when I attempt to go to the chat it only has the option to call the location instead of chat. Either fix the app or answer the phones. The only time I hear from them is if I missed a payment. Other than that all of a sudden the phones do not work. I should not have to keep driving up there to get a response or even to get a simple question answered. Definitely looking into moving to another company since I can never get a hold of anyone.
Update: I did get in touch with someone name David. He was very knowledgeable, and assisted me quickly with my needs the same day I left this review, Also Alvira had reached out to address my concerns, and also answered my questions (the reason why I was calling) so it was not any confusion. Thank you for assisting me with this matter.

Fantastic help by the onsite employee at this Public storage by Jodi. I was in a rush to find vehicle parking and wanted a good price for long-term storage ASAP. I had used extra space Storage the previous time I was needing long-term vehicle storage and they tricked me with a low intro price and had doubled the price on me knowing that I really couldn't do anything about it while I was overseas on a work assignment. I mentioned this to Jodi and she said that while rates can be adjusted eventually, that I just need to give her a call if I see anything like a rate increase so she can help.
She helped me immensely, answered all my questions and it was a quick and easy process. I highly recommend this place!

I came in looking for a storage unit and honestly wasn’t sure what size or option I needed. Jody was such a big help from the start. She greeted me right away, walked me through everything, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She even showed me a couple of units so I could get a better idea of what would work.
What stood out the most was how patient and down to earth she was. You can tell she really cares about making sure people leave happy and taken care of, not just trying to get you in and out. By the time I left I felt like a weight had been lifted because she made the whole process so simple.
Customer service like that goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this location and if you go ask for Jody because she will take great care of you.

I reserved a unit that was too small to fit all of my things. Luckily Rose was able to set me up with a bigger unit and save the day. I’ve never had a storage unit before but I am GLAD I booked with Public Storage. This was really a last minute thing so I had booked online but I was not happy with the unit I was given. Rose, who works the front desk, stayed with me explaining the policies and procedures and also assisting me with getting a proper unit of my choice. THAT is what you called a customer representative! Five stars Five stars Five stars! Six stars if you count her stylish earrings. Overall I enjoyed my experience. This process was quick and easy.

I’ve been pricing and looking for storage unit for about 2 weeks now. I made an online inquiry and Rose called to follow up a week prior. Initially I was going to go with a lesser expensive storage unit but it was Ms Rose follow up and her warmth through the phone that I changed my mind and ended up going with Public storage. When I arrived at the location she was even nicer in person as she was in the phone , even through they where more money i still went with Ms Rose at public storage .
