We have never had to rent a storage unit before so was happy to find Public Storage. Other places we tried contacting that were slightly closer but no one was ever in the office and when we drove by the other places they didn’t look very secure or very well lit. Renting at Public Storage was easy and quick online and my husband was met at the unit the first time and told how everything works. When we have been there during the day, someone has always been in the office. They have large carts to help move stuff from your car to your unit.

My family and I just moved from Florida, and we were looking for a great storage facility to use, Public Storage was referred to us so we checked it out, and the results were well worth it! The lady at the front desk Mrs Kari, was extremely kind, and so very helpful. Unfortunately an incident occurred whiles being there yesterday, BUT the lady handled the situation with extreme professionalism! Although the customer was extremely rude and volatile, resulting in the police being called, still in all she held her composure and professionalism to the highest standard! I most DEFINITELY would refer anyone and everyone to this facility! You don’t find too many people who are unflappable, yet she was. Goes to show what kind of service you will be receiving from this facility! I’m excited to do business here! Thank you!!
