for the amount that we pay per month AND IT CONTINUES TO GO UP OVER THE LAST 4-5YRS it's very annoying that we're constantly showing up and there is an issue with the gate. CAN'T GET IN...NO SIGN TO SAY WHEN TO COME BACK, NOBODY ever answers the phone and actually catching someone in the office is like trying to hit the lottery. Location is convenient for us but got to do better

Started out reasonable for what it is. But in the course of 2 years they quadrupled the price of my unit (fine print of rental agreement says they can do this whenever) on top of that, I had somebody try to break in my unit at one point. Last if all, there were homeless people were living in the unit next to mine. Regardless they keep raising the price. At this point enough is enough; I’m moving my stuff and I recommend you don’t bother keeping things here unless you’re desperate.

To be conpletely honest... i absolutely hated this storage place. There was never anyone there. No one has answer to question. It was a complete run around if you needed anything other than to access your space. I honestly was going to move my stuff out and go to a different company. BUT after speaking to Kari (if i spelled your name wrong im sorry its sounds like kerry but she gave me the spelling and my phone was breaking up) im going to keep my things there longer. She was extremely friendly, informative, and pleasant. I honestly dont want to deal with anyone but her. Shes amazing!
I stopped in today to drop off my belongings to store and was very pleased with the service offered! Kari and Ashanti were very helpful with getting my lock and replacing my lightbulb in my unit! Their online chat system was great as well!
Love this spot for affordable prices! You won’t be disappointed. Just needs a bit of clean up from leaves on the outside but it’s worth it!! I highly recommend!!

This location has been poorly taken care of since Ebony left. She did her best by herself, and I was completely rundown. My stuff has been stored for the last two years, and I have paid on time every month up until I actually moved and I realize two of my couches were completely damaged. I've constantly called public storage and I've gotten no response or no effective resolution. They then continue to charge me through April, even though my stuff was moved out at the beginning of the month, but because the couch was still in there, they continue to charge me for these last couple of months, even though I explain to them, I was willing to move the stuff out, but they cut the lock before I can get the stuff because they were too busy wanting April's payment even though I had nothing in there but the damn goods They didn't decided after all of these months to finally auction my stuff off and because they got zero dollars for they want to send it to the collection agency and I don't think that's fair. I have called Erica Day the district manager for the last two weeks and she is not responding to me. This is an awful company My couches were worth over $1000 and I couldn't even take them with me and then to send me a notification because you made zero dollars and made it my responsibility. DO NOT TRUST PS! They will not tell you they are infested with rats Trust me, not only am I customer but a former employee they deserve no stars

No serious complaints, but I do wish they could salt the area in winter because it's very icy and dangerous, and the location of one of the key-code dial pads was on a dangerous, tiny concrete sort of hill that is easy to fall from.
Also I was unclear on the concept that I'm supposed to keep the lock? Am I supposed to be able to reuse it in the event I require your services in the future? Also I do wish an indoor temp controlled unit was allowed because I'm unsure whether certain items of mine might have been damaged due to the subzero temps we had last month. But the clerks (apologies for not remembering names) were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and use again.

This facility was the worst. My storage was always locked, and somehow my storage unit had items missing. The lady at front desk wouldn’t do anything until I called police, then another worker from a different location filed the incident report. There’s never anybody there nor do they answer the phones. Don’t recommend.

This is the worst location that they have. You will get the complete run around messing with these people. The lady that “suppose” to be in the front is never tehre half her shift she got the doors locked and is not in the office so good luck if she answers the phone she dont do that either. Shen she do answer she isnt professional at all. I sat in front for 20mins while my sister stood at the door and employee walks pass towards the back entrance and never is seen again , when she is seen 10mins later she says oh i dint work in the inside the lady that work inside is in the back and we asked can she let her know people were in the front she says yes and never come back her or the lady. Still sitting here other customers then came and left she still has yet to show up to the front where she suppose to be . Shut this place down or hire workers who want to work

Not good. The location opens late (9:30AM) and closes early (5:30) PM). Not conducive to working people and the hours reflect a working staff that can’t get to work earlier and is not willing to work later hours like other PS locations that stay open till 9PM.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We secured a unit last summer to store furniture items. The unit was already dirty with a large oil stain (slippery) in it. Additionally, there were times when we couldn't even access the unit because it was covered in bug. When we finally retrieved our items, they were damaged from the vermin that had clearly been in and out of the unit. There was something that came in through the roof and dropped all kinds of debris all over from overhead. The bugs that were covering the building last summer had also found refuge in the unit. Items required professional cleaning and the bugs hitched a ride in all the nooks and crannies in the furniture and we found ourselves killing them for weeks after! Thumbs down!

Angelica helped me out at your location on Appleton and made my check in a BREEZE! I was having issues with my unit at U-Haul and I was frustrated (my apologies if I came off rude, Angelica) but her friendly and helpful customer service is what sealed the deal for me. My unit was clean, the door wasn’t all jammed up, and very spacious. Thanks again!

I was really having a hard time with my unit ,things were wrong, but after a couple of calls my problem was solved. Ebony took care of the problem even giving me a different unit .the other unit was great. I applaud her service cause i know days can be hectic .She never frown or gave me a stupid response. she got up and always said let me see what i can do. After being so mad ,today i talked to her she said come in i got another great unit...Thank you so much EBONY cause i was gonna give up on Public Storage. I had place my things in this storage on the Appleton location April 30th as was closed to my location from where I was moving..
To my surprise I had discovered its a rat infestation at this location and when I went to this storage to get some things
Is when I realize of my storage was affected upon opening up the door I seen plenty of rats inside my unit and crawling eating away the insulation on the ceiling
I've mentioned it to management as I can visually see things in the front is damaged I'm very disappointed not getting assistance help with this matter as u had gotten extra insurance that I Pay for and told me it only covers $5000
And I have over $30,000 of my personal property there
I'm currently is pursuing this matter legally and I advise no one to store their things here ..
I'm disabled n now I'll have to move my things in see whats savable as I can't afford this.. I will be pursuing this more with news media to let them be aware what I'm Going through with this matter

If I could give 0 stars I would. I haven't rented a storage unit in over 5 months from this location and am being stalked about 800 dollars I DO NOT owe this company. I've been promised multiple call backs from employees such as Ebony who said their DM would directly give me a call and still nothing. Do not rent here they will continuously charge you for a unit they know you have not used. BAD BUSINESS....NEVER AGAIN.

This place is a joke for real!! I tried to rent a unit n they are false advertising the units! The units are approximate and we were not offered a walk thru before Renting!! So we go and it's a smaller unit and so we requested to be refunded and they lady tried to tell me no but we haven't even been on property 20min so no I need all my money bk and now she give me a paper stating I would get a full refund and nope she lied!! This company is false advertising units and keeping your money very very poor service and company!!! DON'T RENT from these scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!! Corporate will be getting a call and never will try this place ever!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAY AWAY DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!
