To be conpletely honest... i absolutely hated this storage place. There was never anyone there. No one has answer to question. It was a complete run around if you needed anything other than to access your space. I honestly was going to move my stuff out and go to a different company. BUT after speaking to Kari (if i spelled your name wrong im sorry its sounds like kerry but she gave me the spelling and my phone was breaking up) im going to keep my things there longer. She was extremely friendly, informative, and pleasant. I honestly dont want to deal with anyone but her. Shes amazing!
I stopped in today to drop off my belongings to store and was very pleased with the service offered! Kari and Ashanti were very helpful with getting my lock and replacing my lightbulb in my unit! Their online chat system was great as well!

No serious complaints, but I do wish they could salt the area in winter because it's very icy and dangerous, and the location of one of the key-code dial pads was on a dangerous, tiny concrete sort of hill that is easy to fall from.
Also I was unclear on the concept that I'm supposed to keep the lock? Am I supposed to be able to reuse it in the event I require your services in the future? Also I do wish an indoor temp controlled unit was allowed because I'm unsure whether certain items of mine might have been damaged due to the subzero temps we had last month. But the clerks (apologies for not remembering names) were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and use again.

I was really having a hard time with my unit ,things were wrong, but after a couple of calls my problem was solved. Ebony took care of the problem even giving me a different unit .the other unit was great. I applaud her service cause i know days can be hectic .She never frown or gave me a stupid response. she got up and always said let me see what i can do. After being so mad ,today i talked to her she said come in i got another great unit...Thank you so much EBONY cause i was gonna give up on Public Storage.
