I had place my things in this storage on tge Appleton location April 30th as was closed to my location from where I was moving.. To my surprise I had discovered its a rat infestation at this location and when I went to this storage to get some things Is when I realize of my storage was affected upon opening up the door I seen plenty of rats inside my unit and crawling eating away the insulation on the ceiling I've mentioned it to management as I can visually see things in the front is damaged I'm very disappointed not getting assistance help with this matter as u had gotten extra insurance that I Pay for and told me it only covers $5000 And I have over $30,000 of my personal property there I'm currently is pursuing this matter legally and I advise no one to store their things here .. I'm disabled n now I'll have to move my things in see whats savable as I can't afford this.. I will be pursuing this more with news media to let them be aware what I'm Going through with this matter

If I could give 0 stars I would. I haven't rented a storage unit in over 5 months from this location and am being stalked about 800 dollars I DO NOT owe this company. I've been promised multiple call backs from employees such as Ebony who said their DM would directly give me a call and still nothing. Do not rent here they will continuously charge you for a unit they know you have not used. BAD BUSINESS....NEVER AGAIN.

This place is a joke for real!! I tried to rent a unit n they are false advertising the units! The units are approximate and we were not offered a walk thru before Renting!! So we go and it's a smaller unit and so we requested to be refunded and they lady tried to tell me no but we haven't even been on property 20min so no I need all my money bk and now she give me a paper stating I would get a full refund and nope she lied!! This company is false advertising units and keeping your money very very poor service and company!!! DON'T RENT from these scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!! Corporate will be getting a call and never will try this place ever!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! STAY AWAY DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!!

My brother rented a storage unit at the location @6676 west Appleton Ave. When he moved out the associate was showing another unit and told him he was good to go. Then he gets a letter from a collection agency for unpaid rent of a unit he moved out of. The associate failed to do her part and take care of the customer. Would definitely not recommend this location.

Ebony was horrible she did NOT EXPLAIN to me how it works when done with storage. It was my first time getting one. I used it for a 13 days and was charged for 2 months because she did NOT inform me that i had to keep the lock when finished. Instead i dropped keys off and left the lock on the storage when im moved my belongings out i was still charged for 2 months. All because she didn't handle her customer or her JOB CORRECTLY.

I came to this location last minute and Wilisa helped me so much and I was rushing before I had to get back to work and she just told me that I can take as much time as I need, she got me in and out without a problem and she even called me to make sure the size was just right, most people would take the time of day to call and make sure someone has everything they need, she is a peach I will be back.
I love the customer service at this location the young lady Wilisa that helped me was great she showed me around and made sure I had all the information and details before I had to pick a storage size, I will be back the next time I need a Unit and I will also be telling my family and friends.
When I came into public storage wanting to gain some information and rates. I was greeted with a smile and all the information I needed/wanted from the employee there named wilisa. She was extremely helpful, due to her and the service I received I will be back to purchase an unit soon.
When I arrived at the public storage Wilisa instantly greeted me with a smile and even though it was three costumers in the store she quickly got to us in an orderly fashion. Nate showed me my storage area and without complaints when the storage door wouldn't open due to ice and snow, did his best shovel it out and eventually got it open. When I looked inside the storage area and didn't think it was enough room, Nate made sure that I had a storage area to my liking. I really enjoyed the service here.
I came into this public storage totally clueless about storage! I was greeted immediately as I walked in with the most welcoming smile! Wilisa was extremely nice and made my move in quick and easy! She also suggested things to protect my stuff I never would have thought of. I really felt she cared about my furniture as if it were her own. I give her a 10!
