I rented a unit here for 4 or 5 month in-between moves. The whole experience was flawless. I used to use Fortress Mini Storage down the street off of Fourth Plain but due to an unfortunate incident I’ll never go back there. (See my separate review on them if you’re curious why).
The individual at the front desk, who helped me set up was full of information and got me going without a hiccup. The facilities are immaculately clean. There is a covered loading area to be able to get your items in and out of the main storage facility without being in the rain . I was concerned with the limited access that it would get full, people bumping into each other but I visited my unit several times over the span of renting here and was always able to park undercover irregardless of day of the week or time of day.
Using the public storage app to open the gates is super convenient. They also provide lots of rolling carts for you to be able to shuttle your stuff to and from your vehicle and unit. Once again mentioning how clean it is and also it just smells clean. I am aware that it’s a newer facility, but they really keep the grounds up. If I ever need a temporary storage unit again, this place will definitely be it.

I originally rented my storage unit with Extra Space, but then public storage bought them out. It is such a clean and nice facility. Never had any issues. I only needed my unit for about a year, and I just moved out. I moved out last night, and today (I did not even have to call them to cancel my month-to-month contract) they called me. Such an easy process!
