My charges dramatically increased for my storage & I called about that.Mark got me a discount for 3 months. I appreciate him & thank him very much. I al s o want to say that I think that the increase from 74$ to 101$ is outrageous!!! Nothing has changed in any way. Still there still have the same things stored. No reason for a rate increase. You are price gouging in my opinion.

I’m renting two units here and my experience so far has been great. I was able to look up rates online, reserve the units, complete the paperwork and more.
When I wanted to do a tour and needed help sorting out paperwork, Heather in the office was on top of everything and made it really easy to finish up.
