Jeanette was kind and very helpful! She even stayed late to show me new spaces when i realized the one i booked was going to be too small.
I had some issues and Jannette really went above and beyond to make things better, I didn’t expect anything to be done about my issue yet she corrected it better than I would have hoped for.

I showed up with the wrong address, movers in tow, and no real plan for how to stage a unit I’d never seen. Jeanette got me to the right place, flagged immediately that the 5x10 I’d reserved wasn’t going to cut it, and handled the upgrade to a 5x15 mid-move without making it my problem.
She waited 15 minutes for an elevator I had effectively commandeered and managed the whole situation with the kind of vigilant calm that makes you trust someone with your things.
Moving strips away every illusion of control you have. The fact that I walked away from this one feeling secure is a direct result of how she runs that facility.
She is exactly the person you want managing a place where you leave things you care about.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Jeanette. On Saturday, April 4, I placed my first ever storage rental so when I approached Public Storage, I had a lot of questions. Jeanette was up to the task, and, more importantly, her customer service was superb. She showed me around the units I was interested in (I had my eye on two different sizes) so I could visualize what I needed better, she showed me how to gain access to the building, and she helped me navigate the app which honestly has been a life changer. While all this was happening, Jeanette was patient with me and super kind. We need some extra space for some home projects we are doing, and I would definitely encourage others to rent from Public Storage especially if they get to interact with Jeanette.

Jeanette, the onsite manager, was super helpful in arranging for a transfer from 2 units into a larger one: taking care of the credits and charges, explaining the quirky elevator, and how to use the app. While we did the move of a million boxes from one floor to the next, everything on both floors was clean, no smells, and the lighting was fully functional.

Let me just tell you that, while this location has had ups and downs over the years, the new management is EXCELLENT.
Jeanette is an absolute joy to work with. I initially had some challenges with getting my account started online and customer service had schedule me an appt for the next day instead. Ok, fine, no big deal.
About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jeanette and she offered that I could come by today and get everything set up. She's incredibly pleasant on the phone and even more so in person - something that you are hard pressed to find in customer service.
Upon arrival, Jeanette walked me through my options to meet my needs. She walked me through both units allowing me to make an informed decision. She discussed all the building information I would need and then walked me through the process of getting everything set up for my new unit.

Jeanette is the kindest and most professional storage facility manager I've ever met! We originally tried to rent a 10x20 foot unit for our business, but she showed us the 15x15 and the 10x15 and we ended up going with the 10x15, which saved us about $50/month. Jeanette has a great sense of what size unit you'll really need when renting, and she made the signup process as smooth as can be. She also seems to make friends with all of the tenants in the building and goes out of her way to make them feel comfortable. Will definitely be using this facility again if I ever need a personal unit!

I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage on Capitol Hill, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, optimized my options and found perfect unit size for my needs. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure.
It was my first time using public storage, and I initially had concerns about potential issues like thief or poor management. However, I was completely SATISFIED with the service. The woman manager was incredibly kind and friendly and made the move-out process quick and efficient. I highly recommend this storage facility for anyone looking to rent in the Seattle area.

I've been using this public storage location for several months because it was close to my location. I had a few minor practicality issues (such as the number of available carts)

In general Im satisfied with public storage but did want to commend Katlyn, who seems upbeat, witty and really tries to brighten one's day, even when the elevator has been down for a month ... or two. I went in seeking a bigger unit than the one I have and I was hoping not to run into the old person I had encountered last time who really gave me a hard time. I was met by Kaitlyn. And an amazing vibrant young woman who really helped me out she knew what she was doing. She made it very easy on me and I was in and out with no hassle Kaitlyn I command you you are the first good experience I have with public storage staff.

I've been renting from Public Storage for almost 3 years and the facility has been mostly great. They struggled with finding good people for a long time with some providing horrible customer service or conflicting information but this 5 star review is specifically for Jamie. She went above and beyond to help us with renting a new space. She was friendly, efficient and quick! I am so happy she is now the new property manager there!
Good customer service! Troy helped me figure out how to locate my unit and also taught me how to use the lock even though it was just about closing time.
I love my Public Storage because the staff there is always so helpful and friendly, especially Emma is so so helpful! She always helps me with anything I need, when my volunteers don’t show up she is always right there to give me a hand. It’s obvious she really cares about making sure I am happy with their service.

I’ve been working with the 12th and Denny Public Storage since January 2021, first as durable power of attorney for a friend and now as the executor of her will.
The staff have been great, including their extraordinary efforts for two basement water leaks over the years, neither of which were the fault of the facility or staff.
My only frustration was that occasionally the staff are out working with clients and not available in the office—but that only happened twice over the three years.
Matthew was extremely helpful in ensuring I was able to access my unit and secure it. He’s a delight, and an asset to your company!

I've been using Public Storage units off and on for over about a decade in different States and because of their excellent services, I don't need to try another storage unit company. Jeff's help today to set up another unit for me was grade A and Public Storage is lucky to have an employee like him.

Be ready for abrupt rises in rent after the first few months of storage. Mine went from $130 to $180 in month 5. The access hours are also pretty limited: 6a–6p.

So pleased with my experience at this Public Storage. Great location. Price was less expensive than others in the area, so it's a bargain. Clean, safe, easy access. Paperwork to open and to close unit was easy and quick. GREAT $1 first month specials, and often discounts online. Jeff and the staff there are just awesome.
