Excellent service from Mike. When we made our reservation on the phone we were confirmed a certain price. Once we arrived at the location we were not given the same price due to some technical error online. Mike preserved and went back through our reservation and made sure to get us the price we originally reserved. He could have chosen to give us the higher price but went back through the system to make sure we got what we were promised.
His demeanor was professional and kind. He gave us a sense of ease with filling out the tedious paperwork. Highly recommend trying this Public Storage location.

I just switched storage facilities this weekend because of Darlynn’s excellent customer service (I know my stuff too as I’m a CS manager). She was very patient with all my questions and had a constantly upbeat attitude. She was super nice and friendly so I rented mostly based off of her 😁 I look forward to occasionally saying hi to her as I move in and visit my unit.

I had a unit rented at this location for about a year. The customer service was fantastic, as well as the app used to gain access to the building as well as make payments. The location is cleanly, easy to get to, as well as temperature controlled. I chose this location due to the temperature control having stored some fragile property including a piano. Would definitely rent from this location again due to the security and peace of mind of having my belongings here.
