This is the best branch of public storage I have ever dealt with. Before going I called the office and spoke with the on-site manager Brea.She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When I showed up in person, I was taken care of completely in a timely manner. Great place!!!!

Couldn’t get through to original storage in Kent/Des Moines so we drove here to the nearest Public Storage in Auburn off 16th st. Went in very upset & disappointed HOWEVER the young man working the front counter-Mr. Blaine, what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Which is so hard to find nowadays. He was very helpful, understanding & knowledgeable. Kudos to him & hope his superiors recognize him for his awesome act of service. Very rare to find! Kudos to Blaine!!
