Issue I'm already having is I was done loading my unit and out of the gate 20 minutes before their 5 P.m. Saturday closing time.
I made sure we were out of there with plenty of time on the clock and then they sent me messages trying to say I was past the time is ridiculous to me maybe they should hire a guy to stand at the gate with a watch you can easily look on the camera and see when I left way before 5:00 p.m. they should probably get their stuff together before they start accusing people of things trying to make me look stupid after the first time I use my storage unit is wild to me...

Zero stars for The customer service they have online and over the phone is terrible. They misled me into believing that the gates are always accessible. It's unfortunate they have a terrible system that the actual workers can't do anything about.
After my stepson had to leave school on a medical emergency, I was in a pinch to find a clean, nearby facility to store his things until we got him resettled. Mindy was outstanding as she walked my wife and I through the our options. The prices were reasonable too. I would definitely recommend.

After storing my car for 2 months there, my car battery happened to be completely dead. Lisa and Anthony from the front desk went above and beyond to help me out:
First, Antony picked up his own personal battery powered jump starter and help me to fix my battery issue. After many unsuccessful attempts, Lisa offered to drop me off on her way out of work (she lives near where I was trying to get to).

Well, these guys really do care about being good to their customers. I originally had a misunderstanding and left a three star review. I am updating it to five stars because they personally contacted me and tried to resolve the issue. They don’t have the best hours currently, but that’s not up to management. It’s up to corporate and they are working to fix this issue. I really like the app because you can open the gate with your phone, I have been using this place for about a year now and they do a great job. Thanks, Public Storage.

Prices should be discounted in half due to the outrageous hours .. it’s very inconvenient when I get off work and can’t access my unit because the hours are limited to 6 pm

Marcie saved the experience for me. I had a good interaction with whoever got me set up over the phone, but today when I tried to access the app I found out my email was entered incorrectly. I was told I had to find someone in the office. Went to the first spot, no one was there. Tried to access my unit, to no avail. Couldn't figure out how to open the door. Was never told that if you don't enter your access code when entering that it will not let you out (I thought I could follow someone in through the open gate). My mistake. Found someone who lived on property who told me to go find someone else because she was of duty (but she did help me get out). Went home to calm down. Went to another location thinking there would be someone there. Nope. I tried calling and leaving messages for property owner. Never got called back. I was on the phone trying to get the unit canceled. And then decided to try one more location. Marcie heard my frustration, she took the time to correct the issues, and she even drove with me over to my unit to figure out the door. A few other snags along the way that Marcie helped solved. If it wasn't for her, I would have given up and hated the entire experience. Thank you Marcie for your compassion, your understanding, your honesty, and your willingness to help me resolve this headache of an issue! MVP!!

Great facility to store your personal items. We stored our trailer there between camping trips. The area was clean and we felt comfortable leaving our valuables there.

This place seems to have the best prices last time I checked (at least for outdoor storage) but it comes at a cost. I had the gas tanks and batteries stolen off of my trailer. There’s a lot of sketchy people in the area which Public Storage obviously can’t help. To combat the issue, they won’t let you open the gates past 6 p.m. which is somewhat annoying but understandable I suppose. The part that sucks is that they never notified us of this change. I received text message reminders of other things but not this. Had I known, I wouldn’t have spent a bunch of money on gas and time driving out there at 630 last night to not be able to access something I pay good money for. Kind of unfortunate. Otherwise than this, I’d say Kevin does a good job of the things that are in his control, it’s just a sketchy area to be storing something outside.

Absolutely fantastic gentleman at the front desk! My GPS tried taking me to the wrong gate at first, so I was a bit confused. He helped me figure out where to go and let me know about the policy for being on the property and not staying past close. He left a very good impression and I'm no longer very worried about storing at a place I don't know. This place is pretty nice and there is plenty of space for cars going both directions between the unit buildings. Looked pretty tidy too! I'm glad I picked this one out of the ones I considered.

Great experience at the storage facility. Barbara at the front desk was very friendly and helpful during the move-in and move-out process. The storage units themselves are what you'd expect, the property is gated with easy access via code or phone, and the prices are better than most in town.

I'm a new tenant at this facility and I'm really enjoying it. Kevin's a good dude. The Bluetooth access to open the gate is awesome. All you meet is your phone to access the gate. Forget your code all you want, you dont need it.
Kevin was the nicest person i’ve meet in Salt Lake City so far. My boyfriend and I needed help getting a bigger unit after seeing the size of the one we purchased online. We were afraid we’d lose out on money and maybe not even getting a space on such short notice. Kevin literally made this process so easy and treated us with such kindness and understanding. The space that we ended up with was very well kept and just want we needed. Thank you Mr. Kevin!

This Public Storage place is one of many in the neighborhood. But the best thing about this place is the customer service. Kevin looks after this place and he is excellent to deal with. He doesn't force things on the customer, and actually goes over the details of the contract & explains everything. He doesn't rush the customer and it is a pleasure to work with him. Besides that, the access to the storage unit is easy and simple.
Will definitely use this place again & recommend it to others too.

Well run location with great management. Kevin was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Great move-in specials if you can catch them (a rarity these days). Not temp controlled but all drive-up units making it very convenient. Highly recommend!
