This has been the most unique experience using a public storage facility. I was here visiting some relatives with my wife and they needed a hand to move some things that we needed for a family event that we was having. While at the pubic storage we needed some help and had some questions about what we can and cannot leave here and let me tell you, Mrs Tracey deserves a raise. Not only did she helped us but she went out her way and gave us some helpful advice on how to pack the storage unit. The service was top notch and Mrs Tracey is the one to ask for.
I recently moved into town and needed a storage unit for my extra belongings. Mrs. Tracy at Public Storage was absolutely amazing! I’m not sure if I’m gonna to rent at this location because it’s a little bit too far, but I will rent at another Public Storage due to Tracey having patience and explaining to me about the different sizes of the unit and pricing. I hope the other property manager offer the same customer service.. Thank You So Much!
The facilities area nice and the one lady that works there is very nice and helpful.
Now the bad news, they only have ONE employee there, so it’s hit or miss if you need help. There are only two carts, so you never know if you can find one. Using the app. Is pointless to get into the building or storage facility. The Bluetooth doesn’t connect to the code box, and they are not marked so you don’t know so know what code box is what. ( like is this elevator 1 or 4???). So you have manually enter your code three times just to get to your unit. It’s very frustrating when you have to carry your stuff because there are no carts, then put everything down to manually enter your code two or three times just to get to your unit.
I do like that everything is secure, but there has to be a better way to do this.
Tracey always gives customers the best service she’s truly appreciated.

This facility used to be functional in terms that you would always have access to at least one flatbed cart no matter day or the month. I understand if there were moving trucks in the lot, I wouldn’t be able to get a cart because those movers always hold onto 2-3 carts at a time. Over the past fee months, the carts have disappeared even on days when I am the only customer parked in the secured lot. Today when I pulled into the facility, I was the only vehicle there. I needed to unload about 8 large storage totes but I could not find a cart. Because of my past experience I’ve learned to carry my folding dolly in my vehicle but it could only hold 2-3 totes at a time. For the amount I pay a month (another issue i have - they have increased the rental price every few months since I initially opened a unit) I expect to have the convenience of the flatbed cart to maneuver through this multi level facility.
I DO NOT recommend this facility or company.

So far, so good ๐ I just got this storage unit after a tree basically destroyed my home after this recent hurricane, so I hope this is only a temporary arrangement. But, all in all, the facility is very well kept. Clean, climate controlled, and seems very concerned with security (BIG plus!)

Loved when this storage facility opened up 5 minutes away from my house. Relatively new and very clean. Most of the time there is a dolly ready and waiting for me to use when I get there. Prices are low and the employees are helpful for finding you the best deal when you are transferring units. Temp regulated and gated. Tracey who works there has amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable. She kept my phone number and called me right away when my preferred unit size opened up. Very sweet employee! I will continue bringing them my business!
This place is new and therefore clean and cool. I am renting an climate controlled unit. Traci works here and is an excellent employee - fair, straight forward and competent. PS should really try to hold on to her - she's a great asset. Storage is storage right?

I had a relatively good first impression of this 3 story Public Storage location. The condition of the store was upkept well very clean and organized.
Upon arrival, we patiently waited for someone to come assist us at the front counter for a good 15 min. I will say that the associate who helped us was named Tracy. She was friendly, personable, helpful, and provided good customer service.
I like the fact that you can access it by using an app from your phone, which makes it more convenient. I recommend this place for anyone in need of a storage facility.

I reserved and paid over $200 to reserve a storage unit. Nobody was in the office when I arrived to pick up my lock. I did not receive the access information via text (as my confirmation email promised) that I was supposed to, and my app/gate access code didn't work. I sat in the parking lot with two loaded trucks trying desperately to get help via the customer service numbers... but to no avail. Thankfully, the office staff eventually returned and were able to cancel my reservation.
Tracey helped me. And she was so helpful on tryin to get my rent lowered and get me moved into the right size unit and took her time to make sure I understood. She was very attentive. !!!

UPDATE: Tracey with Public Storage gave me a call Monday 04/17/2023 and she informed me that they are getting more carts in and they have address the rate at my unit. Happy with the changes and I have changed the review. Thank you!!
The price for my storage unit keeps going up and up. No access to the dumpsters. You have to haul your trash with you. Every time you go you need to hunt down a cart.

This is the first time that I have rented a storage unit and I am very satisfied. I visit about once a month. It is always clean. We have an air controlled unit and the temp is always within a comfortable range. The only issue that I have had is once I didn't have a cart to use.
I LOVE IT HERE the service is amazing there this beautiful and amazing woman named Joileeta Frank oml when i tell you she was fantastic i got my belongings well done i give this place a top fiveee no TOP 10!!!!

There was a rude customer there, that did not want to give us a dolly. He was walking towards my husband like he was going to hit him. We tried to explain to him he could only use one if there were other customers. He said he never heard that. Signs should be posted stating that. Maybe someone should be there until closing. Definitely post it on the walls. The facility itself is fine.

They deceive customers, they offered me a supposedly indefinite price and after 3 months they changed it without warning, when making the claim they were very rude, they increased my monthly price by 250%
Talk about coming through in a pinch. Self storage in spring had everything ready for me when I made my reservations online. Even went over the same night that I made my reservation and the prices were excellent. Thank you so much.
