Great customer service, Dondrielle was such a nice lady!
Called to get prices and call center person was really rude and obnoxious and said it was a special going on and said it was the best prices it was phuc>÷;%;laughable got the same storage unit size for 40% cheaper down the street with climate control. Need to do a better job training your sales people not to be a pos and have better customer service on the phone. Would not recommend due to bad service and outrageous pricing

I went from $50 a month to $280 a month for a 10x10 storage that got broken into and insurance didn't wanna pay so they took their time.. overpriced

Where do I began. I have had my storage for about a year now, and the service has been nothing short of awesome. Whenever there is an issue I can count on Drell, to assist me with finding a solution. My husband and I recently rented a storage unit with Public Storage, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The process was incredibly user-friendly; we downloaded the app, rented the unit through it, and accessed the gate with just a few taps. The storage unit was ready for us, complete with a lock inside. When it came time to cancel, we simply used the app to handle everything, which felt almost too easy. To be sure the cancellation went through correctly, I called customer service, who confirmed that everything was in order. The service was excellent throughout, and I highly recommend Public Storage for anyone needing extra space, whether for moving or simply decluttering.

Today I visited the Public Storage off of Cypresswood. Francisco helped me out. I was greeted, with a smile, as I entered the door. Both Francisco and Drell, the manager, helped me get in and out. I was able to come in, view the unit, and get out in less than 10 minutes. For great customer service with a smile, if you need a storage unit, please give this location a try. I'm glad I did.

She was very helpful, and time I called with questions any concerns she was very nice and actually took her time making sure I understood and got the help I needed. Love the lady at the front desk. She was super helpful and pleasant. The units themself had a lot to desire. Guess they were broken into a few days before I came in and every other storage unit door had a hole in the middle. The place was well recommended so I’m still giving it a chance. Beside, the friendliness and helpfulness of the lady in the front office was worth the chance.

UNSANITARY and GREATLY OVERPRICED, pest control needed rats leave droppings in units. NO SECURITY CAMERAS on the property from what I've seen, Not a good deal at all

Harrassed the whole time I'm trying to move my belongings, harassing the mover company I hired..This Little Old Man just will not stop..My rent is paid for the Month .I have til the end of the month to get my stuff out. This has been the worst spot I have rented from and once this is over I will not use them ever again.
