After having to deal with previous storage facilities and see how management changes once you become a customer I am very pleased to see that this place has a wonderful property manager, Lauren, that actually still cares even after you are signed up.
Lauren has been very helpful in assisting me in ensuring I get the right movers for my items etc She has gone above in beyond in not just the initial move in but also just being a great human in her everyday interactions.

Kobe is awesome up here. The facility is clean and bright. Seems rodent free at the time. It’s a new facility so that is a bonus. Only gripe I have is I can’t get 24 hour access to my storage unit. The gate hours at 6am to 9 pm. There is a code and a ton of cameras so a 24 hour gate access shouldn’t be a problem. But they do not offer 24 hour gate access.

Ria is very helpful and kind. I tend to ask a lot of questions and she was not bothered at all by my questions. She was very knowledgeable and answered every one of them. I have had my storage for about 10 months now and this place is always very clean and I have never had any issues with storage here. Ria is on top of everything at this location and manages it very well.
I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received from the staff at Public Storage in San Marcos. Ria, the property manager, and Rick, the district manager, were gracious and helpful, even though the problem I had was entirely due to an error on my part. Amazing!! I went on a random day and a lovely woman named Melody was able to give me a tour of the units and a break down of the pricing of each unit available. Two days later I went back and was helped by this AWESOME woman named Kim. She helped me lease my unit and made sure all of my paperwork was done. I am so touched by Melody and Kim for making the process of putting my stuff in storage as easy as possible. Especially since I’m a college student here in San Marcos. The rates are the cheapest compared to the other storages in San Mo and all units are climate controlled too!! Can’t beat that. Awesome staff, service and quality!!
