I have had several units there, Mary Ann is always very helpful. I've only had one issue with rats and they got an exterminator in there immediately. It was most likely caused by food smells on my camping gear. If I ever need storage again they will be there first place I go to.

Stay far away from this storage place. It’s rat infested. I brought it up to office staff twice and nothing was done. The rats ate through furniture that I had in the unit. Feces and Urine trails throughout my stuff. I took it as a loss. You can find cheaper storage places around town that are way cleaner than this dump. Space B235 is/was my unit, I hope however bids on any of these units buys it for $1 because anything left behind is contaminated and pretty much trash at this point.

Mary Ann has done a lot to make the place better. The previous managers didn't care about the customers or the lack of service they provided. Mary Ann is approachable, customer focused, and has a great attitude. She has helped us with late fees when the app screwed up our payment, offered us solutions when we had issues, and is an all around great manager. We have been with this location for 7 years, and she is the best thing to happen there.

The loading and unloading areas in the facility are out of whack, I would definitely check out the property before you rent a unit from here. You will understand why when you see it.

From the day I moved my stuff in, Ms. Maryann has been a joy! She is fun to chat with and extremely nice and such a good spirit. The last storage unit from my last move was a U-Haul storage and they were rude, Im glad I chose this location.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Rented a unit from here, was given unit A508. Problem is, the A building only goes up to around 148 or so. There is no, as far as we can tell, unit 508 under any letter.
Attempts to contact the facility fall flat, with them only returning calls after several days.
And good luck finding anyone in the office, even during posted business hours.
Honestly, go to the other location down the road, they're MUCH better.

I cannot say this LOUD enough. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS AT THIS LOCATION!!!! It will be destroyed by their RAT infestation! Not kidding. I'm not talking about a few rats I'm talking hundreds if not THOUSANDS! The management and corporate are very aware of this problem and are doing very little about it. The rats literally chewed the components out of my washing machine, dryer, and a brand new refrigerator. They Devoured every thing I had in there in 9 months. Their insurance they force you to buy only pays $200 dollars for damages. If you don't care about your belongings then by all means use this facility. Just remember you were warned ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I would like to share a great story about my experience here. I booked a unit, last minute, about an hour before the facility was set to close. Considering that the website said to allow at least 30 minutes of time prior to close to get a unit and I was very close by, I decided to come. When I got there however, the office was actually closed and locked. I called customer support and when they got back on the line they informed me that the office would not reopen until tomorrow, due to some low staff issues. I was a little bit annoyed, but just as I was about to drive away, and employee, who ends up being the manager, pulls in and parks. At this time it is just 3 minutes until 6:00 p.m. when the store closes. I asked her if maybe she would still be able to help me out even though the store was about to close. Without hesitation, she said of course. She quickly unlocked the door invited me inside, and began to work. Although she explained that she had to move fast because she had to pick up her child from daycare. She moved quickly, but never once seemed bothered or annoyed by staying late or possibly getting some dirty looks or snide comments at the daycare (anyone who is a parent knows exactly what that is like), even when I asked a few questions. I paid with cash, and she made change. Practically speaking, I have not been treated this well by an employee of any store in quite some time. It is absolutely rare to find, in this day and age, and person who not just cares about the customer but is willing to show that they do. Her name is Allison, and she was wonderful!

My daughter has her things stored here. We helped her move her things out a few days ago. And a lot of her things were ruined. From rats/mice, and maybe weather conditions. I know her storage was not a climate control but some furniture looked like it had been damaged by water. We ended up throwing away half of her belongings.

I give this place 4 star only for Michael who actually works at the one a little further down. Not only did he help us get into our storage unit he walked in 106 degree heat weather from his store to ours bc he was tight on gas. He went above n beyond to help us. Just needed to say WOW! I was stressed before I arrived to the location from all my moving and driving, but after meeting Julie R. my mind was at ease! She had EVERYTHING completely taken care of and thoroughly informed me of everything I needed to know before I could think of anything else to ask! All bases covered, I felt really good moving my property into this public storage and if you’re reading this, don’t hesitate, Julie WILL take care of you too!
