Just wanted to write a review for Ms. Thelma and her colleagues at this location. We have a business account with Public Storage and we have about 30 units all over San Antonio. We were trying to walk all units one weekend but realize we didn’t have quite all the info we needed to make our walk thru run smoothly. Ms. Thelma stayed with us about 45 min long writing all the codes and unit numbers we needed in order to do our job. At the end of the day I realized that we would have never finished doing what we were set out to do that day if she had not taken her time to help us with that. And for that I give her 5 ⭐️

Came here to rent a unit. Fernando helped me today and was very polite and kind. He insured that i was getting the best space for my things. Convenient to my house, with fairly easy access. Opening gate from app only failed once. Unit had decaying insulation on the ceiling started raining down on the contents of the unit. Otherwise I felt my stuff was safe. I'd use them again.
Left early and told them I would come back for the rest of my furniture..come to find out they took it out.and then got an email saying I owe 75$..when their the ones who took my furniture..follow up..Mark the manager has called to resolve the situation and we talked about what happened and as a business man myself I do appreciate what he done to resolve my situation..thank you ..now that's good service.
