It started off bad dealing with 1 800 number, after dealing with aggravating phone prompts, and uncertainty on the storage units, after hours. the property manager, Pamela was a so nice, understanding, and concerned, as with being knowledgeable and professional in her ability to resolve my issue, assigned me a unit I'm happy with, and thinking about asking her out, she's awesome and cute and carrys her self well.
If you need a storage the mesquite location off Galloway is amazing and the manager Pamela Brown is amazing also. She’s a blessing to me and my family and very understanding when it comes to your unit. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are happy while renting their unit. I am heartbroken! My manager Pamela, was recently moved to 2023 N. Galloway from the 8939 E R.L. Thorton Frwy in Dallas. Talk about an amazing manager. She keeps her grounds clean and does daily rounds for any suspicious activity. If it weren't for her consistency in watching elevators, and floors in the high rise, via the monitor, I would not have known someone was in my unit. She immediately called me to confirm if I was on the property. When I said no, she immediately went straight upstairs and advised them to leave as she called the police. How can we get this amazing manager back? She if most definitely one of a kind. Public Storage, you are so blessed to have such an employee as Pam.
