Lovely experience quick fast and easy. Enjoy this stay.
They locked me out of my unit with no notice. Payments were up to date. They won't answer the phone to let me know when I can get my belongings. I would advise against giving this location on Galloway any business. I also just saw that they locked me out AND charged my account for December.

Courteous, kind people very helpful. The Facility on Military in Mesquite is the one Im speaking about. The Mgr. she is very helpful and friendly. That's what you need to see? Youre already hot tired and hating to move, so its good to get somebody that dont mind you asking a question? I dont want to spell her name wrong so I'll say Ms. Tan. Place is way too expensive for the lack of convenience. Plus they are trying to charge me an extra month. when I moved out on the second. There are much better and cheaper places in Rowlett
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I rented a unit online when I started to move in the property manager said I couldn’t that those units were under maintenance. She had an attitude and didn’t want to give me a refund, she said to dispute it with my bank or call customer service. I called customer service but on hold with no answer. Beware of online purchase.

Public Storage is trash… They constantly go up on rates for units and at this location there’s NEVER anyone in the office to help you. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t rent again
Customer Service SUCKS!!! First, you can't never reach the attendance. Never available to answer your important questions. Instead you get a machine asking you to leave a message. Three days later you get a call back. Second, they give you a discount on your first unit, but since the attendance wasn't available to assist you, you pick a unit that's to small. There goes your discount for having to change into a larger unit. Now you're having to pay almost double the rent!!! Never again! I would not recommend using this storage facility to any of my family, friends, nor ANYONE PERIOD!!!

Hours of operation not accurate.
After going to the Public Storage location where I rent a unit and finding it closed, I was told by Jessica on the PS Customer Service line that the payment could be made at any open location.
I went to this location to find the door locked. When the associate returned, she said she couldn't access cash payment.
After previous issues with unauthorized AutoPay being authorized on my cards, I ONLY pay in cash.
When I say I had the best experience and best customer service experience today 9/30/2023. Shawn thank you so much.

Perfectly adequate and clean storage facilities. Unfortunately, the customer service of the employees is severely lacking. They have a poor attitude, are rude, and seem like they would rather be anywhere else. Thankfully, there’s no need to interact with the staff most of the time that we come here. Prices are okay.
I really enjoyed speaking with Jada loved the environment as soon as I walked in from her beautiful smile to her customer experience, she went above and beyond to assist and it smelled amazing in the store by the way. I will definitely choose this location moving forward.

Was charged for an entire month after vacating on the 2nd even after I was told I wouldn't be charged then was told I would get a full refund only to be refunded $12 for the insurance only called and was transferred over and over then was told I would not get my refund so when I asked if I'm being charged for the month then I will use the unit for that month just to be told I can't do that because I already vacated if you have to use this place do not set up automatic payments or better yet find a better storage facility

very bad organization the employees do not carry out the cancellation or termination of the contract and then come the late payments caused by themselves.
I was charged the following month after I moved out of my storage unit and I've spoke with four sets of people. All of whom promised I would be refunded within two day's. The first person I spoke with told me that on the 3rd of this month. I don't know how to get my funds back if everyone keeps telling me the same thing?

I was having so many problems that day with every aspect of my life and she was able to get me a discount & got me in a unit with enough time to get all my stuff unloaded and my uhaul truck turned in! I HATE THIS PLACE! Since the Public Storage takeover, this is the WORST place to have a storage room. I've never been so dissatisfied with a company in all my life. If I was able to move all my stuff out right now I'd absolutely be gone! And that's saying something because I've had this storage room for almost 20 years!! 👎👎😡😡
