First and foremost this facility is super clean. I have a climate control and it is at the perfect temperature. The staff is great help and always happy to do so. Can’t ask for a better storage facility
Dwayne is amazing! My whole experience with this CubeSmart location has been great.
The facility/property is nice and and clean and easy to access. I always receive excellent customer service from whomever is on duty when I go into the office ☺️. I just wish that the monthly unit prices remained fixed for longer periods of time instead of fluctuating frequently. I also wish that there wasn’t an automatic convenience fee attached to paying your bill via on the phone or on the app.

Horrible!! They charge you for everything, rent increase is horrible and you are charged if you pay your rent online you can’t pay over the phone and I live out of state and have to pay my fathers rent and now they want to charge more to pay it online. The new manager sucks. He is not friendly nor is he willing to work with his customers as the old manager did. The girl in the office was rude and even yelled over the phone when I tried to explain why I could not drive 700 miles monthly and pay in person. That’s why you need to be aware they may run a special but they take advantage of once it runs out. DO NOT RENT HERE
