I had an issue with the lock possibly being changed and a price increase. I'm not sure because there's no record of my lock change so I thought I was going to end up paying a locksmith to break the lock to access my belongings inside the unit but I'm grateful to Ty, who addressed my concerns and helped me with the whole process and fixing the problem. I've been using this facility for over two years. They've been very helpful and always accommodate my payment arrangements when I'm late.

It's actually a lot better than previous months. It seems like the rat problem is under control now and our stuff has yet to be damaged by the pest. The gate sometimes struggles to open with the app, the dollies are rarely around and apparently keep getting stolen according to staff members. Way less trash around now as well. Parking can be difficult though.

Good service, moved my stuff over from Uhaul's as their prices kept going up. Friendly staff and Mirna was helpful and informative. The second time I went another lady named Vanessa was really nice and helped my elderly grandma get a unit as well. Thank you guys!

After receiving a notice to increase the rate on my storage unit I went to talk to Public Storage. I told them I am 66 years old & I am on a fixed income. The $24 rent increase is a big hit for me. My account had just enough funds to cover my auto pays for the month. Venessa & Maya fixed my problem & I avoided paying insufficient funds penalties.
