She is very knowledgeable, the sweetest person, so helpful, quick to answer all of my questions and concerns, and put my mind at ease that my property would be best stored here. She provided exceptional customer service which is few and far between these days. I've been in management for over 24 years and was blown away at how great she was. She was also out cleaning and looked like she was working very hard to make sure the place was presented perfectly for her tenants. Hands down, she's the best and definitely deserves a raise! 👏🏼

This place has horrible customer service. Staff is hard to catch in office. Today lady with her kid exited the office area and we asked if she worked here, we had a question. She looked down and motioned to herself and said do I look like I work here. I would have a uniform if I did, even if I worked here, I don’t have one on. I don’t know who messed up her day but it was a simple question. Then we realized she walked out of the staff only door. Too bad we didn’t catch it before she drove off or else would have a smart response for her in return.
Fee charge is required for a limited amount of time but you can cancel after that time. However, can’t cancel unless you do so in person. Can’t do so if no one is around. Way to run a business.
I’m here at public storage off of Wallisville rd and I couldn’t get in the gate and my app said access denied but a lady was walking into the door of the office so me and her walk out to the unit and the storage wasn’t clean at all it wasn’t ready at all the lady said she just got here to do a property check but she took out the time to clean my storage I help her clean it the storage had sofa pillows and a head board on the inside but she clean it I’m glad she showed up when she did she apologized to me serveral times but it wasn’t her fault cause she don’t work here she clean my storage and went back inside of office did what she had to do then they emailed me a gate code now I’m able to get in and out of gate plus my storage is clean “now”….Thank you mam so so much I think she said her name was Ms Vee thank you mam so much for making this way more easier for me

This facility is very disappointing. The facility description was inaccurate to say the least. There was no security gate and the unit looked to be run down and outdated.
No management on property and the customer service was no help in retaining a full refund for the deception. I was offered the lock fee back but not the administrative fee.
I would not recommend this location if you want to keep your personal items.

Employees not onsite during work hours.
I went storage on wallisville yesterday 3 times during hours that Employees should be onsite and I could not get into my storage because they have their lock on it and it's paid. But they will nit remove thier lock until I buy thier lock but has not been onsite the 3 times I was able to come. And I only came during business hours.

This place is horrible! Not only was my lock cut and my things were stolen. There is no security cameras. They don’t exterminate regularly so my things were full rat droppings. I will never use them again. If you have things you really value don’t store them here!!
